Sterlyn didn't want payment until afterwards to make sure that I was satisfied with his job after it was completed. We can't thank him enough for clearing away the construction debris and other items that were in my garage for over 10 years. They then replied with a number I need to call to set up another appointment. I'm so confused and frustrated by their process, as it leaves customers hanging in the air.
