He seemed very professional during the initial meeting. After the fact, he missed the time window (1 week) for providing an estimate; these were his words, not mine. I called several times to follow up on receiving an estimate, with assurances from the customer service representative that he would get to the estimate, that he was working on the estimate, and that the estimate was completed and should have been sent out. I additionally emailed Nick about the estimate, and he told me that he was working on the estimate that morning. I still to this day have not received the estimate. I get the fact that the job I was requesting was not an easy job, and not as profitable as other summer work; therefore, I understand the fact that a lot of contractors will pass on this type of work. However, consistently leading me on and then never giving me an estimate is terrible customer service. This isn't dating, this is getting work done at my house. Either send out an estimate, or say "Look, we are not interested in doing the work."

We gave them the measurements before they came and they came with the right size windows, And sealed up the problem areas we had. Totally worth it On top of the great work, they were very professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything to me in layman's terms so that I knew what they were doing step by step. They also had me check their work during and after. Our basement is so much warmer now and our dehumidifier barely has to run anymore.
