I deeply regret hiring this company, so do not make the same mistake. They cleaned the roof as any other roof cleaning company can do. They claim to use a special treatment to make the roof shine, but it's nothing that other roof cleaning companies do. My specific issue with them is that they left behind a ton of debris in my yard and refused to come back and clean it up. There's large pine tree branches now sitting in my front yard. I had our gardener clean our front yard the day before they serviced it. These aren't small debris. This is a 4' long pine tree branch along with other 1' to 2' long branches scattered throughout. There's also a thick glob of pine needles and dirt all over our plants. They even managed to leave debris in our neighbors yard. When I shared these exact photos, the owner apparently claimed this isn't debris. I don't think that's true, and you can look at the photos I sent and make a determination yourself. Please stay away from this unprofessional company. They charge high prices (estimated $1K for a job I've gotten done previously for $500; had to negotiate down to a number closer to $500) for bad service.

While working inside, the staff took their shoes off and were very quiet and respectful of our home. The pictures provided once a job was finished helped greatly. As a customer having a window cleaning, go ahead and have the frames inside and out cleaned. The dirt accumulated on the frame is worth eliminating up front. Fabiana immediately sent me a very "low ball" estimate. Rather than taking advantage of her online estimate, I requested someone drive out and physically look at our home/the job. This was because I had already had a couple of window-washing services tell me they do not remove storm windows to wash the insides. We emailed each other a couple more times about estimate-dates and no one ever showed up - I realized there must have been some communication issues and confusion. I hired a different service.

However, during the paint job, it ended up costing us more than some of the other quotes that we received. I would have been still fine with this, only if the finished job was up to the standards that was promised to us. Unfortunately it was not. During the inspection, John agreed that part of the exterior trim near a tree needed to be fixed properly (he even mentioned bringing a ladder to reach it). That repair was never completed, and the very first rain after the job caused new water damage inside my home -- the exact problem we were trying to prevent. I trusted that the repair followed by the paint job was done properly, but as you can see from the pictures this was not the case. When I raised the issue, John insisted the work was done as scoped, rather than acknowledging that the problem area had been overlooked. His email response was more focused on defending the paperwork than on taking responsibility or offering a meaningful fix. I paid in full (in fact, more than the initial quote, effectively higher than what I would have paid if I had hired some of the other contractors) but ended up getting a lower quality job. Despite trusting that the work had been done properly. It's disappointing to discover that wasn't the case and now I have to go through the additional hassle of not only fixing the exterior but also the new damages caused to the interior. Based on this experience, I would not hire John again or recommend Pecks Property Pro LLC for repair or painting work. Attention to detail and accountability were clearly lacking.
