And had met some amazing coaches like Andrew Jessica Aasia Aiden Rilynn Leslie I wish I can remember more name but they have been taking great care of my kids. My kids rave about these coaches about how fun and funny they are and how they look forward with coming into class. I have also seen a big difference in the way coaches teach in pre-k classes. They have changed and it's was such a great way. Coach Andrew splits the kids up into a small groups and they have three skill they're doing and I can see him making sure the kids are learning the skill and he's making corrections where the kids can understand and he give them multiple chances to making she the kids are doing it right. I just want to say well done.

But when she fell last week and the coach did not even bother to check on her was funny to say the least. It was a hard cry and she wont move her right arm. She was so guarded and wont stop crying the whole place can hear it. We decided to just go with our instinct and took her to ER where they diagnosed her with right elbow fracture. Yes it is not their responsibility. But in this kind of space, IMO coach should be train to evaluate situation and guide parents. Heck! I am not even expecting first aid but to at least evaluate situation lol All we got was a generic email that she will be missed and that they understand life gets busy and that they offer other classes. And pay extra 139$ once life not that busy anymore that we reenroll Lmao Of course! We had to hold off their auto monthly enrollment since we do not have an idea about how she would recuperate! Ortho peds soonest appointment is tomorrow, so a temporary splint is on. I was not gonna say anything , until i saw their email! That just blow me off! This place suddenly just feels like a joke!

There wasn't enough time to drive home during class time to get them so I kindly asked the front desk if they by chance allow me to borrow one. They obviously have some for the employees here. The lady said "you can buy some" and pointed at the shelf where they were located. I'm sorry, but I find this inconsiderate. How can owners/managers not train employees to empathize with a parent in a situation like this. Especially when it's 50 degrees outside and even more when paying the money that is spent for tuition.

I did notice some people were upset about the restrooms running out of toilet paper and water to wash hands. We came prepared--almost like we were camping--so it didn't affect us. We also asked others who had been to the complex before and read reviews ahead of time, which definitely helped. Overall, we had a great experience and would come back better prepared again.

There were plenty of bathrooms and port-a-potty options but some of the bathrooms had some flooding and we were all dodging and jumping over huge puddles to get to the toilet. There seemed to be only one long driveway to enter the park/fields which took FOREVER just to get in. Many people were late to their early games. On the positive side, the fields were clean and well maintenanced. Take it for what you will. My experience was as an out of town visitor for a huge public event.
