The kids had a blast!! And what made today special was Lisa, she went above and beyond for our group. I was trying ti use an old bill to get tokens and she came helped me without even being asked: she then offered to get me cups to split the tokens for the kids. Later the kids had trouble with one of the games and she helped fix it for them, and lastly , she was so pleasant and patient when they went to trade the tickets for prizes. I have not been here in years! I see that they have expanded and that's great. First impression upon walking in is of course it smells like feet. It's also hot inside. Plus there is not enough places to sit while your kids enjoy themselves. The tables that are empty have reserved signs all over them when I'm not sure what they are reserved for as I didn't see anyone actually sit at one. Also the tables are filthy! I finally got tired of walking around looking for a seat and just sat down and about 5 minutes later I was asked if I was a part of a party and that if not I would need to move. I asked where I was supposed to sit and she told me it was first come first serve...ok then we're NOT off to a great first impression at all! So it's $22 for an all day jump. Meaning you get wristbands and can jump all day but you cannot leave and come back. Plus there is a $4 fee for socks that you HAVE to have to participate. There does seem to be lots of activities for the kids to get into. Also the wristbands are supposed to prevent anyone from being able to just walk out with your kids but I didn't scan anything and just walked right on out the door. Went into the women's restroom and was pleasantly surprised to see how clean it was but then I noticed there was no toilet paper or paper towels. There were however seat covers, but when I went to wash my hands the full soap dispenser would not dispense any soap. There doesn't seem to be a kitchen there but it says one is coming soon. You can order pizza, chicken or wedges that are delivered from a Round Table Pizza close by and it was actually pretty good. Overall this place is cool. There are a lot of kids just ripping and roaring all over so it's kind of a day care for tired parents, IF you can find a place to sit. read more

This was our first time visiting Hide N Seek in Bakersfield, and honestly it was a very disappointing experience. We brought 8 kids expecting a clean, fun indoor place for them to play, especially with how hot Bakersfield gets, and this place was not worth the money at all. We paid $88 for just 4 kids, and several of the toys and play areas were either broken, damaged, or not functioning properly. One entire attraction wasn't even working. The biggest issue was the lack of customer service. We politely mentioned the broken equipment and asked if there was any type of discount or accommodation since parts of the facility were unusable, and the response was basically "oh well, there are other things to do." No concern, no apology, no attempt to make things right. The facility itself also did not feel clean or well-maintained. For the amount they charge, you would expect much better upkeep and professionalism. The staff looked unprepared and overall the environment just felt disorganized. Parents are already looking for safe indoor options for kids in Bakersfield besides pools during the heat, and unfortunately this is not a place I would recommend. Very overpriced for the quality and experience provided. I would appreciate if ownership or management reached out regarding this experience because it truly was a poor first impression. read more

One of the coolest & most interactive places to take your child! I had zero expectations walking in, but was instantly impressed as they had a huge play area tailored specifically for toddlers & young children. My 1 year old loved every second of it & could've stayed longer. Everything was new, clean, & fun. The obstacles are endless & keeps both children & parents entertained. False advertising on their pricing. As it clearly says on the website, it should be $22 per child with two free adults and $5 per additional adult, and $4 per pair of required socks. Yet you get to the counter and they only allow one adult per $22 price up in the structure. So if more than one of the free adults wants to go up in the structure they charge you an additional $22. What a great place for kids! Very large and visually appealing play area for kids! Great way to spend a day with the kids and let them burn off that pent up energy instead of in front of a screen. Staff is very friendly and the play area is kept very clean. Prices are fair $22 for a whole day at the time of our visit. Also I'm not sure if this man is a manager or who he is but he walks around and handles issues around the park, he overheard my wife trying to buy a water from a vending machine but it was cash only- he found her and took her to the machine and gave her the bottled water at no charge!
