While I found the topics discussed to be interesting and sometimes enlightening, I was a little put off by some of the topics. I DO believe that spirituality can help heal physically and mentally...to a degree. To say it has completely cured cancer with no other treatment I think is a dangerous thing to tell people and extremely unlikely. Also, as a supplement, or in place of psycho-therapy, absolutely. But to insist that no one needs medication for a mental disorder can be damaging and reverses the progress we've made in the mental health community. It IS OK to take medication if you need to. There is enough shame surrounding the stigma of mental health as it is. No one should be embarrassed for taking medication. However, those are a matter of opinion, and would not discourage me from returning for a reading of any kind. The women were knowledgeable, kind, and easy to talk to.
