He arrived with a self-contained truck and did all the cleaning using that via a long hose. I have had him clean large rugs, and small area rugs (5x7') as well as a sofa, a chair, & ottoman. Jerry was professional, prices were reasonable, & it was really convenient. I haven't used them in a few years but would not hesitate to call them again.
