They told me that they would only work with my landlords and I wasn't their customer so I shouldn't ever call them again. For a local company in the business of helping to fix things after a fire or flood, they sure don't take the time to ensure that property and people are respected. As another local business owner, I would never belittle and speak down to another person the way I was spoken to. Yes, I was loud the final time I called, but I never once used bad language or called anyone names. I was told I was being "unladylike" as if they would EVER tell another male business owner something like that!

She knew I was upset and nervous, and calmed me down quickly to get the information needed. About an hour later, Ben came. I was embarrassed because we are not the the tidiest housekeepers due to being disabled. He looked past that and went right to the bathroom. It was a mess! Needless to say I was nervous about the estimate. (Unfortunately, this was only part one of the mess created by my neglectful neighbor, created and will not help us pay for any damage that was caused!) Ben was helpful. Making sure we understood everything. Yesterday, he finally got a crew in and work on us. Very happy with everyone and everything through the process. Unfortunately, the air quality has forced us out of our home. The blower and other equipment has now moved through the condo allergens that makes our eyes run and for us to wear HEPA masks to enter the unit for even short periods of time. Our only solution now is to remove ALL the carpeting and replace it with laminate flooring. Then send in a cleaning service to remove all the dust that was blown out. While not their fault, it has been a definite drawback to this situation.

We put up with it once but not twice: * Carpet was left filthy. Dog hair and grime left on the carpet. Lots of it. * We pay the minimum "3 room" rate ($125). Normally they make up for this by also cleaning our couch and easy chair - usually takes the guy 5 extra minutes. * Cleaning guy refused to do the couch, even though he was in and ready to leave after cleaning the one room in 15 minutes. He said, "I have other places to clean and I'm running behind" * When we showed him the dirt we were able to scoop off the carpet, he said "if you're not happy, just take it up with my manager about making it right" and took off. * We called the manager, mentioned the still-dirty carpet and the couch not getting done. He said, if you want the carpet cleaned again it's $125. * We said, we just had it cleaned today, and it's not clean. Will you make it right? He answered, if you're not happy with us, call another cleaner, and hung up. I guess, sadly, avoid these guys, they have lost their integrity.
