I use a black light to find any stains on our oriental rugs. The patterns make them hard to see. I'd gone DIY on the stains in the past and just didn't have the energy to tackle it again From the first contact till Nick walked out our door, I was super impressed . He answered my call the same day, asked for details about the items, got me into the schedule quickly, called to confirm the day before, then again with an ETA on the actual day. Brian and the adjustor came out to our house immediately, inspected the damage and pointed out work that was needed to make sure the bedroom was total safe. They pointed out possible problems we never considered. ( duct work cleaning, bed steamed cleaned etc) They were great . The workers involved in the restoration were top notch . Josh ,the carpentar, was very professional, clean , talented and the hardest working guy I have seen in years. His work was meticulous and spot on for what we wanted.
