He arrived as promised, and gave me estimate for 3 houses. He covered all steps from beginning to end so that I would know what to expect, taking guess work out of the equation. He had material delivered to all three as promised and the work started on time. All three homes was completed within 2 days. This was no surprise to me since I had hired Amazing Siding and Roofing 2 years ago to repair a leaking patio and sunroom roof which they did promptly and still have had no problems with it. Love this company. His ability to ensure TWIA compliance is awesome, and I will be getting the certificate in the mail from the inspector who works with Jason to ensure the roof is completed correctly and in a timely manner. There was no delay in completion of roof. Big help considering the weather will change every hour here. Very happy with the new roofs and how much it improved the look of the homes. Bill and Tommy were the crew and they are WONDERFUL! They absolutely know what they are doing and are all about quality workmanship. They are so polite and they even offered to help me with my groceries and Tommy helped me lift my big old dog into the SUV. It feels like I have friends working on my house. They do a complete clean up every day and could not be more respectful of my things. When the project was complete, they spent a long time with a magnet picking up nails and left their work area cleaner than it was before. I was afraid of doing such a big project. We were facing another 3 weeks without water. Huge plumber bills ($500+per hour) and contractor bills. We were also facing a $1400.00 deductible on our homeowners insurance. I found GGG only by God's direction. They came out last Saturday after the call on Friday. It's Monday and they're finishing up the job. They fixed the pipe and all the ice and water damage. Price? $450.00. I can't praise these guys enough. They were right on time, got right to work, were very courteous, very knowledgeable and nice. Must of all, they were genuinely concerned about our well being. My wife and I were so impressed, we're giving them an even $500. Concern is something very hard to find anywhere these days and I have no problem paying for that. USE THESE GUYS!!!

All it took was a phone call and everything started rolling from there. I spoke with Ms. Norma- whom I HIGHLY recommend! Ms. Norma was so warm, inviting and very knowledgeable. She took my information, and within minutes, she told me what floor plans I can choose from. The following day, I selected my floor plan (with the help of Ms. Norma's expertise). I must've contacted Ms. Norma over 13 times, each day, throughout the span of two weeks, but she never made me feel I was a bother. She was prompt, understanding, patient, and she made me feel as if I was her only customer. My entire experience with her was refreshing and assuring. After the selection of my house plan, I met Mrs. Kelly (secretary) and Mr. Terry (contractor). I was given a list of recommended stores to pick out the different features of my home- this part was so smooth it was unreal! When I went to the selected stores, they already knew who I was, my budget, and the selections were already within reach. This made picking out my doors, floors, paint, etc. a smooth experience. The professionalism from the staff and builders is outstanding. There's not a time where I called or emailed any employee and not received a response instantly. I have never heard Mr. Terry's voicemail- he was always ready to answer any and every concern I had with my home as it was being built. I can go on for days talking about Mrs. Kelly! Mrs. Kelly wants you in your house just as much as you do! She is working, endlessly, to make sure you get in your house as soon as possible. I have contacted Mrs. Kelly for any and everything and she has always made me feel I was top priority. When my home was finished, Mr. Mark- the manager, did a walk-through and he was very thorough on his expectations. It is evident that he takes pride in his company and his customer's satisfaction. When I say I'm in LOVE with my new home, I mean just that! From the foundation to the roof, my home will withstand anything!
