They fixed things inside that fell apart from all the banging, but I had to point it out to them. That being said, the crew responded fine and did what was asked. I was under the impression that all of the facia boards would get replaced when they had signs of rot. Only one of them got replaced and even though it needed to be replaced, it didn't look like it was the worst one. That seems like it was an issue with the contract not being clear. All of this to preface that the roof we had was great and I regret buying a new one. We got a roof that looks newer, and may seem prettier - if you like looking at white painted foam roofs. I was hoping the new roof would save A/C money, but our electric bill is about the same. The one thing the old roof had was that it was much quieter in rain. I know it doesn't rain much in Tucson, but when it does, now it feels like we live inside a snare drum. So, I wish we'd gotten more advice before deciding and I wish the sales guy had been more clear about the status of our old roof and the changes we were considering.
