In 2026 we had to replace widows on our home and need to have the walls repainted after stucco repair. First I would like to thank Nelly for keeping on top of my roofing concern and following through with sending a technician out. She made an appointment for 2-5pm. Eric Sambrano called me at 2:15 and arrived less than 10 minutes later. He was very courteous (asked if I wanted him to remove his shoes) and did an inspection of the water stain in the guest room that I was concerned about. He went on the roof and did a walk around and found 4 cracks and repaired them. He took photos as well and gave me a run down on his findings. He was helpful and knowledgeable about the roof and his findings and sent copies to me for my records. The second time, they even performed a water test and spent over 2 hours, but it has been three weeks and they did not bother to give me a quote. I sent repeated messages and they ghosted me. AA Brite 24/7 is a 5 star company on every level and I would not hesitate recommending them or using them again. When I lived in California I project-managed a lot of roofing contractors through my property services company. I have experience in the field and know good work, people, communication, and good business practices when I see it. I wish they were all up to the level that the AA Brite 24/7 owners and team works at. The AA Brite 24/7 team did a super duper job on repairing my wind damaged roof as well as a great job on the elastomeric / rubberized coating of my entire roof and pergola. Since it had been raining and the roof was leaking into the house in 5 rooms, they offered to come right out and seal up the roof with tarps but I'd already done so. In addition, since there was roof damage and more rain was on the way, they put my roof repair as top priority. After the repairs, I can't even tell where the roof repair ended and existing roof began. No sloppy work and great attention to detail, cutting in perfectly around 20 solar pool spirals. They even mentioned that the A/C lines that were sitting on the roof needed to be propped up so they would not hold back water from draining - fixed! It was so nice to work with all these cheerful and helpful guys - Alex (Alejandro), Zach, Dillon and Derek, not to mention the owners Rob and Nelly (hope I didn't miss anyone). Whenever I had a question or request, they stopped what they were doing to focus on my query to make sure they understood exactly what I wanted or was asking. These guys clearly care about what they are doing, doing it right, and they never lost interest in what they were doing. They even returned several weeks later (as promised) to do a follow-up inspection. The only hitch outside the parameters of my perfectionist standards was where the new flashing met the existing roof (I wanted more overlap). Not a big deal - I texted Rob Anderson (owner) and he and co-owner wife, Nelly, and a couple team members came right out the very next morning to inspect. They saw what I wanted and with no attitude whatsoever, got right to it and made it the way I wanted it. In a lot of online reviews, a major complaint from people (me too) are about contractors who have poor communication skills, just don't show up on time, or don't even show up at all when they say they will (not to mention incomplete or poor workmanship). You won't have that problem with AA Brite 24/7. They always showed up when they said they would and I was always alerted ahead of time as to who was coming during each phase of the work. Since buying this home in 2008 we have had AA Brite do all of the roof repairs and regular coatings. We decided to call AA Brite to get an estimate to paint the stucco and wood that hadn't been painted since 2009. They power washed the entire house, roof and parapets. Scraped and sanded all of the loose paint and stucco. Thoroughly patched and primed all of those areas. Cruz and Litzy did an incredible job patching the stucco where there were large cracks. We can't even notice the patching as they did such a professional job. They also sealed around every window prior to painting. They covered everything meticulously. There was no stucco, caulking or paint anywhere but on the wood and stucco. The plants were moved carefully and replaced with care as well. Cruz and Litzy did not rush through the job. They took time, paid attention to all details. They both explained and communicated everyday what the plan was and asked if we would check their work to be certain we were fine with everything being done. There were a couple other workers who came to assist and they also did a great job. The week Cruz, Litzy and team were here it was well over 100 degrees. They worked so hard every day! We rarely write reviews because it is rare that a company performs beyond our expectations, but AA Brite 24/7 LLC deserves our A+ / 5-star review and here's why: First, AA Brite is rated A+ on the BBB and that matters, as well as all the excellent reviews on Google and Yelp. Second, their thorough representative, Derek, came out to inspect our home and provide a free estimate of services and charges. He spent over an hour with us, looking over every part of the house from the foundation to the roof flashing, noting cracks that would require filling with caulk or spot patching with stucco. (Damage from age and hail was extensive.) He reviewed the process which starts with pressure washing, to caulking-patching, to sealing/priming, to two coats of paint and answered all our questions. He gave us a written estimate before he left. Two other companies came out: One stayed 10 minutes and sent us a high estimate, the other came out, stayed 5 minutes and never bothered to even send one. That made our decision easy. Third, the owners, Robert and Nelly Anderson, were so accessible and answered all our calls personally. When weather became an issue, they were flexible in their scheduling to respond to our concerns, which we discovered DOES NOT happen with all companies. Fourth, and perhaps the greatest blessing of all, Robert assigned Litzy and Cruz to our project. From the first day, they communicated clearly their process and answered all our questions.
