I could write a very lengthy review on the many things our tech did that went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the work done and that we got exactly what we envisioned for our newly purchased home. He/we ran into an issue when working on the dining room lights and at first we backed off that portion of the work. After a long weekend, he came back to finish up the rest of the job, and he said "I have been thinking about this all weekend, and I have a plan on how to make these lights work". He outlined his plan and we said "sounds awesome, it also sounds like it added a lot of money". His response "Nope, I said I was going to get this done at what we quoted, and this solution will do that and give you exactly what you wanted!" Also, if you check out the other reviews on this Yelp page for "Quick Fix Hero, " you will also see other customers that faced similar damages. I never received any invoices or any documentation provided by them. All I received were threats at my home and damages to my property. This merchant is also not listed under the Better Business Bureau. I have contacted the Missouri Ethics Commission and the Attorney General's office.
