He answered with a plain "Hello" so I made multiple attempts to confirm the business but after his rude responses (putting it gently) I was turned off, thanked him for his time and said "Disregard". I prefer to support the small guy, hence my call to him, but just because you're a small business owner doesn't mean you're exempt from practicing professionalism. I have lived in my home for almost ten years now and I have always had a problem with my electric…read morefor one reason or another. The first electrician I contacted never even showed up. The second one clearly didn't know what he was doing. The third one "fix" and issue with a wire that caught fire but never fixed the reason that wire caught fire. None of them were from Ashabranner electric. On Friday, I walked by my electrical panel and I could feel the heat coming from it and it had an odor. I contacted two electricians and Ashabranner was the first to respond. We scheduled an apt for Monday. Tony was amazing. Not only did he find the issue that no one else was able to find, but he fixed it enough to get us by til Wednesday when he could replace the entire panel which was what I wanted in the first place from all the other jokers. Tony was very curtious and took the time to make sure I understood him (I am deaf and have to read lips). He did a bang up job and even cleaned up what mess he made.
