I had a generally good experience at this chiropractic office, but I have to deduct a star due to the massive price difference between paying out of pocket and going through an attorney. Do NOT book through an attorney--I was charged nearly 3x-4x more ($95 vs. $465 for the initial evaluation, $51.69 vs. $170 per session). Over 12 sessions, this added up to nearly $1,790 extra. Pros: Friendly and professional staff Clean and well-maintained space Plenty of parking Noticeable improvement after 12 sessions Cons: Excessive price markup when billed through an attorney While the care itself was great, the pricing structure feels unfair. 3 appointments without relief, thumping my spine does not do anything to help, he claimed that his x-rays showed compressions but a CT scan did not show any abnormalities. I used his service 5 years ago and a one time adjustment cured the problem but if he is not willing to make any adjustments what is the point of his 24 treatment plan except to run up my bill with no relief. I went to another Chiropactor in Jackson and he did an adjustment on my first visit and things are looking up. Too bad this guy decided to be a rip off artist. I paid $55 for each visit not the $25 he claims in his reply and his diagnosis from my x-rays are totally incorrect as I had a CT scan done which did not show any abnormality. Be honest Doc you were milking me for money and who knows how long that would have continued had I allowed it. read more

I have been seeing Dr T for the past year and a half ( was a period where I messed up and didn't schedule a appointment. Dr T has kept me upright since I started seeing him. My back was a mess when I first went there and now I been feeling better and I see him twice a month sometimes more if I need it. The office is very accommodating and very nice and willing to take me whenever I need it. The cost is reasonable but they do take my insurance but I have a limited number in a year but I don't mind paying. Don't hesitate to give this place a chance you would not regret it. So I just had my first chiropractic experience and it was great. Place was very easy to find and I was greeted with a warm hello and a smile. I came in for lower back and hip pain and but Dr. T said they do so much more. He wasn't lying. I have hypertension and he took my blood pressure before treatment, then after doing some adjustments to my neck, my blood pressure dropped 30 points! I was just flabbergasted. I couldn't believe it! I'm looking forward to my next visit to see the results of my exam and my planned treatment. So I was so impressed by my first visit, I convinced my girlfriend to get examined the same day.
