She provided me with so much information regarding my skin and what could help. She targeted more of my rougher areas and the facial felt so good afterwards. I have never had a hydro facial before but seeing the dirt being pulled out of my skin I knew I came to the right place. They offer so many different services and not just hydro facials . It's a bit pricey with their membership prices and drop ins but I totally think it's worth it if you are trying to improve your skin, red light therapy , chemical peels etc and great conversation. Parking can be tricky. The parking lot and garage are paid parking. 4Ever Young does provide via text a coupon code that gives 2 hours of free parking by texting the applicable word to the number provided. Once parked, text the number, access the link, enter the requested information, make sure to put in the code, complete the transaction and start the parking timer. Upon return to the vehicle, the timer must be stop to end the parking. If not, it will charge past the 2 hour window. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. She checked me in and made sure all my paperwork was good. Water and coffee were offered. The lobby waiting area is small and doesn't offer a lot of seating. I was able to get a seat and sat to wait to be called. When it was my turn, Lana didn't just call out, she walked over to where I was sitting and greeted me. I followed her in and we got situated. Lana is amazing! That was the best facial I have ever had. I was so comfortable I almost fell asleep. Lana not only worked magic with her hands but also provided education on specialized skin care. Lana was professional yet personable. 4Ever Young provides, other services to include, hormone replacement therapy, IV vitamin nutrition, vitamin shots, and various skin treatments. They also have membership plans with unique flexibility and options. 4Ever Young accepts Zelle, CashApp, and Venmo. I left 4Ever Young feeling great and glowing. It was anything but. I was taken to the back by Kristen Martinez, Assistant Practice Administrator. If you are unfortunate, like me, to get her, talk very slow, don't use big words. She probably won't get it then either but.. one has to try. Big words definitely throw her .. I don't know how else to get her to understand relatively easy concepts. . Forget it, just go to the front and explain your issue to someone else. It worked for me. Kristen in the room didn't know if I needed to be numbed for a procedure (I had to ask her) what order to numb me (they added mouthwash as an extra step) then doesn't listen to my question about the product that's banked, instead quotes another product in a rude tone like she's the authority of what I'm going to do. She's clearly in the wrong industry. This is a beauty industry. I don't HAVE to go there to spend my money. They DO have competition. Karina can't process big words or minimally complex business issues. I'd not have her run a flea circus let alone a lucrative med spa.. well, what was once a lucrative med spa....
