While I don't feel the program is revolutionary or the sole reason for my weight loss it did help with my energy and metabolism as well as accountability. Total loss has been 22 lbs. I was confident to discuss chin and neck lipo with them once I was in the program, they answered all my questions and were very kind. I have wanted neck lipo since I was 20 as I've always carried fat there regardless of my weight.
