Well, if you're an RN looking for work and come across this place, don't do it. They don't pay their mobile RNs apparently. I thought this would be a good side job to earn a little extra money, and I had to contact Andrew Stimeling over and over about my pay after seeing several patients when I first started. I worked for them from february to May and received one paycheck that I literally had to call and pester him about because all he had was excuses. Like a fool, I truly thought he was being sincere in the system being at fault and that he would get it situated and continued to work and when it was time to get paid again, same run around. This company owes me $400 and many others as well after thinking he was just playing me and finding out they've been doing it. The problem is, people are just walking away and calling it a loss, and something needs to be done about. I could imagine what type of games they're playing with their customers' money, so I suggest you be aware of being a customer as well. read more

The staff is amazing here! They have accommodated my last minute request or changes without as much as a blink of the eye. I always feel refreshed and rejuvenated after an infusion. The furniture could use an update and the lounge overall would benefit from a fresh coat of paint. The location offers street parking as well as a dedicated lot in the back. Groupons for the B12s are the way to go! This vitamin bar always feels clean and the team seems to be thorough and really know what they are doing. As a stage 4 cancer patient undergoing chemotherapy, I turned to Vital Lounge for additional wellness support. Before purchasing several vitamin bags, I fully disclosed my medical condition and treatment plan to Donna, the owner. I was never informed that the products had a time limit or expiration for use. Unfortunately, I became very ill from chemotherapy and was unable to use the vitamin treatments immediately. When I was finally well enough to resume, I was informed by Josh, the manager, that my purchase had "expired" and I would not be allowed to use the treatments I had already paid for. This response was not only disappointing--it felt like a complete lack of compassion and integrity. I bought these treatments in good faith to help me through a critical time. Denying me access, without clear prior communication, adds stress to an already unimaginable journey. Watch out cause Vitalounge will steal your money! I have been going here since they opened. During the pandemic I decided to buy a package of 8 Spa IVs since you would get a discount on them. Even with the discount it was over a thousand dollars. I also have shots I purchase on my account as well. Yesterday afternoon I walked into the office to make appointments for my husband and I. The girl at the desk was very nice and reviewed both of our accounts and told me what we have available. We walked in this morning for our appointments and was told by Vanessa working the desk that what we had on our accounts had expired. Never have we ever been told that what we purchase and keep on our accounts would expire. Vanessa made it very clear that there was nothing she could do cause she said she is "just a nurse." I don't know what I did to upset the "professional" who administered the shots I requested. But being told that, the site she was going to inject me in was the correct site, is insulting to me as a trained professional who has experience in lifesaving medical practices. I have a witness who saw this "professional" inject the vitamins right into my kidney on the left side. It's been two weeks, I'm still livid, don't even want to go back to this place because this "professional" might be there and if they will have that type of person working for them. Then I'll have to find other places that know what they are doing. The place is clean and in secluded location, everyone except this particular person have been courteous and friendly. This professional seemed to have gotten overwhelmed by the place being packed. So my friend and I decided to opt for shots instead of iv drip as a courtesy to this place. I guess that is what I get for being an accommodating customer. Please take my review into consideration before going here. You most likely will not get the same experience I had gotten. I seriously wish I was making this up but I am not. I am also not looking for free shots nor do I need anything from this establishment anymore after this incident. Reason? Rotating medical professionals is going to bring a few bad apples or untrained professionals coming from a different field of medicine. How do I know? I've talked to every single professional there I've encountered. Each time it is usually a different person. So the risk of getting poor service or mixup in vitamins is greater. Reason I bring that up is due to a mishap at the Winter Garden location where they gave the Iv bag that was strong and for me to my mother and she turned flush red. My iv bag was weak and I didn't get much out of it. So despite these professionals being accredited/licensed. They are still human and there will be errors. We came here after wanting to try it out for so long. We did the hydration with glutathione added in, with 15% coupon it was $140. The staff was so helpful, information and nice. They really made you feel comfortable. The place is clean and sterile. First you get your vitals taken, and they put the catheter in for your IV. Then you go to the lounge area for your IV treatment. There are beautiful white furniture; reclining chairs and a sofa. Blankets and pillows are also available. There's a TV in there as well. You can read or just sleep during your treatment. As soon as the IV started I could taste the vitamins. Tasted much like a Flinstone. The taste went away after some time. The hydration bag with glutathione took about 30 min total for the entire drip. You do get cold once it starts running through, so bring a sweater or like I said there are blankets available. Now I waited till almost a week after treatment to review, so I could review not just the establishment but the service as well. So the day of, after treatment I didn't feel too different. However the next couple days I had headaches. I was drinking water, drinking water but the headaches persisted. Felt like a sinus headache. I started to breakout quite a bit on my face. Now I don't know if all this had anything to do with the IV treatment, but it just happened that all these things started to happen after, and didn't have these issues before. I had to keep in mind I did add the glutathione which is for detox, so maybe that's why? Needless to say I've been pretty sick and under the weather the past few days. Not sure. vitaLounge has billef me monthly for six months in order to have a subscription for their IV program. I did not use all my subscriptions within 6 momths. And I'm trying to use them now they refuse to acknowledge i have paid $1800 without allowing me to come in and get an IV transfusion without paying an additional $150 per month since the end of January. There is nothing in the contract that says that I will not be able to use my vouchers that I've paid for. All I wanna do is come into the VitaLounge location, Winter Park and get a transfusion. However, the Better Business Bureau has contacted them and they refuse to respond. This is a terrible business. read more

I use to love this place! Especially when Danielle was there! The drips make my skin feel amazing and I felt very relaxed afterwards. I feel as tho this company has been compromised! I ordered a very expensive peptide and truly my skin feels like it is being fried from the inside out! Don't go to Vitalounge Winter Park branch. They will sell you the package to get more money and will tell you that your package will never expire. Knowing today that my package had expired without informing me. I still have 2 infusions left fully paid but they insisted that they already expired. They don't honor the package and no word of honor. People here especially the manager Kae is very rude and do not believe in what they offer you especially their package. They will tell you nonsense just to sell their product. Don't trust these people. I will not recommend this place. My service experience with Shelby at the Dr. Phillips clinic was lovely. Nice, clean, bright, open atmosphere. Excellent selection of various IV options and injections. Shelby was excellent. Clone her... The private sitting area was just right for watching some television during the treatment... No noise or distractions...very relaxing. The treatment was good...noticed many positive bodily effects plus no hematoma at the injection site. Thank you for the complimentary water. I visited in December 2021. Told them I had an auto immune issue and my blood pressure had been high due to a staph infection a few months before. Wanted to get an IV for health reasons. I was fine until they added an additional treatment to the IV and I am mediately felt headache, sick, and extremely ill. I called the nurse over who called the nurse practitioner and said those feelings are normal. They were closing and when I was done the treatment I stressed my concern and they said just keep going to the bathroom to urinate and you'll be fine. I wanted to continue our conversation but their biggest concern was to close as it was the end of the night and I was the last client. When I arrived to my hotel my blood pressure was 200/85. I called my doctor and he warned me never to go to a place like this again. There is no medical Director on site. They are only contracted to oversee a facility but don't actively work in each individual treatment facility when you go there. If you are healthy then by all means take your chances. But if you are at all in poor health I would highly advise you to stay away and not risk your life.... When I arrived home, I went to a medical facility who evaluated my health and received a IV related to my medical condition and I felt much better. read more

I was recently sick and couldn't get better. After getting help & IV's Orlando IV nursed me back to help. When I wasn't well enough to come to the clinic, they sent nurses to me. Without the help of Orlando IV, I don't think I couldn't gotten better so quickly. Not to mention, it's helped boost my immunity. Now I get IVs to keep me healthy.
