She ignored most of my messages, then eventually responded and said she'd "get to it later that day." A week has gone by and no refund. I've been nothing but polite and patient, but I've had enough. Since she hasn't refunded the package despite my requests, I filed a dispute with my bank. I have a full record of my conversation with her, showing every time she canceled and her refusal to give me a refund. I will be submitting all of it as evidence.
