It's not an exaggeration to say this place is my all time favorite. I moved from Maryland to California about 5 years ago, and I take trips back that always include a visit and treatment. I always book with Tina, who is the manager. She's smart, talented, dedicated, beautiful and very calming. There is nothing this good in San Diego. The last treatment included a peel called THE PERFECT DERMA PEEL. Check out the photos. The first time I haven't put on make-up or edited a bit for a post. My skin is tight, smooth, and glowing. I scheduled a lash appointment for a full set which I did not receive. I have numerous lashes on each eye that do not have extensions which will require me to still wear mascara to fill in the holes. A full set appointment should be two hours but mine was only an hour. Not only did I not get what I requested and what they promised to deliver, I also didn't receive any after care instructions or products. Luckily, I have had lash extensions before and have a maintenance kit. Scheduling was a hassle and the front desk wasn't very friendly in person. Not to mention, the bathroom was right next to the treatment room and I could hear everything happening (gross). I was very disappointed with the overall experience and have no intention in returning. I had high hopes only to be let down. read more

Dont waste your time & $$$ I was booked for appt for new patient micro dermabrasion. At booking, the rep stated that they expected the governor to lift restrictions for that procedure prior to my appt. But if he did not, someone would call to reschedule. I showed up to appt. And no one was in the office. The office shares a lobby with my hairdresser and their receptionist called the rejuvenation staff who said they arent in that office on Wednesdays, the day of my appt. The rejuvenation staff on the phone ask that the hairdresser receptionist take a photo of my name and phone number and text it to them and someone would call me later in the day...fast forward to friday when I had a haircut in the same location and there was a woman at rejuvenation's front desk. As I was passing by heading into the salon I asked if she would be there in an hour and stated that I had appt that no one showed for on Wednesday and she immediately shot back I dont work here on Wednesdays "I've worked in LaPlata on Wednesdays for past 2 year"...WOW that's the first response, regardless of whether it's was her fault or someone else's in the office you apologize for wasting the client's time and you get them rebooked. I then stated that also no one called as they said they would from when I came on Wednesday and then proceeded to walk in to salon and heard her say "I dont need your attitude ". When I finished my hair appt. I stopped at the woman's desk and asked her when my appointment was and told her exactly what was said when I booked, she said that I didnt have an appointment at all on the books and she said we arent even open for that procedure "I havent you been paying attention and watching the governor and the news" and followed by "I dont need your buisness" when I asked why hasn't anyone called me as I was told on Wednesday. I wasn't rude at all and didnt raise my voice, though I am direct and dont beat around the bush. I relayed all steps of what happened and wanted to know where the break down was and how to get my appointment rebooked...her response again was "I dont need your buisness". Obviously, the customer service was a complete and utter failure on this women's part, I did not get her name but she mentioned that she is the technician that performs the microdermabrasion, I believe she was Tina, the owner. STAY AWAY is all I can say. I wasted my time and babysitter money on this place that lacked any type of professionalism. read more

I had microblading done to my eyebrows by Morgan. My eyebrows look amazing. I practically have no natural eyebrows and I always used to pencil them in every day which was so time consuming to get them perfectly symmetrical. I'm so happy with my results! Morgan did the second touch up which really made the microblading color stick. The shape is a perfect fit for my face and it looks so natural. It's a little red when you first get it done but the redness subsided by the end of the day. The end result are symmetrical, natural looking, full brows. read more

I'm frankly surprised at a review of this place that's anything less than 4-5 stars. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this place certainly a has level of service and atmosphere that would compel me to want to share my positive experiences. I drive 30 minutes out of my way to go here, past many other providers who do Botox injections and laser hair removal, because there are not many I feel comfortable trusting with those kind of injections. If you have questions about your services or other services offered, are interested in learning more about the medical details, discuss tailoring treatments to your specific needs, they will absolutely take their time to walk you through that. This is most definitely not a place, like some day spas (and dermatologist offices), where you feel as if they're impatiently putting up with all that, and churning you out of there as quickly as possible because they're more interested in revenue stream than you as a person. I was truly disappointed. I have been there a ton of times and have always loved it. I called to schedule and appointment and they claimed they were way over booked that day. But I am a long time customer an my appointment would have taken all of 10 minutes. Instead of trying to squeeze me in or offer to call me or anything she just said sorry. I assume my business is no longer needed there. I guess I will use another spa for my fillers and botox now. I was so upset over this though. The NICEST medi spa I've ever been to. I've been here multiple times and seen multiple esthetician's. Always very sweet and professional. My Botox always looks perfect every time. The spa itself is lovely, and Mackenzie was wonderful at helping me to get in very quickly & understanding that I would be driving from almost an hour away. Tina, the licensed aesthetician/LPN that did my treatment was phenomenal! She was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about skin care/structure & the equipment used.
