My wife decided to go to see Elaine because she is located near us, but quickly after visiting her, she started to see multiple erroneous charges on our credit card and submitted to our insurance. This seems to be a pattern of Elaine's, based on her past reviews. Seems extremely like extremely questionable behavior, at the very least. In addition to this, the way she spoke to my wife is completely unprofessional. When my wife asked for some clarity on the charges, after having "cleared it up" a few times with her previously, she snapped at my wife telling her that she should find another therapist. Then today, out of nowhere, she contacts my wife to tell her she's refunding my wife the charges (unlikely, based on how incompetent she seems) and to never contact her again. Who talks to people like this? Find someone else, anyone else, it doesn't get much worse then this.
