Jason from Relax Air Conditioning installed an Air Conditioning unit for me several years ago. I recently had to replace the Air Conditioning unit and was horrified that when I removed the indoor head unit the bracket was held in by 2 screws into timber and the rest of the screws were screwed directly into the plaster. This is not good enough and shows very poor workmanship. This guy is not even an Electrician and not a real tradesperson and the un tradesman like work was quite evident. I am now an Air Conditioning installer myself and a licenced Electrician and I would never dream of installing an Air Conditioning unit like he did for me.
