The service at the Apple store on the other hand, has been impeccable. Every time, I've arrived as early as possible to opening time to avoid the queues. Every time, I've had someone there to help within 20 minutes. Every time the issue has been identified and rectified quickly. They really make an effort to work with you, and everyone was extremely friendly. The last time I booked an appointment beforehand, and was served on time. Again my issue was dealt with free of charge.

Like all other EB Games / Zing stores, you can earn points on purchases with the EB World card. You can also trade in your old games for a store credit towards other items in store. I highly recommend giving the store a visit if you are into gaming or pop culture in general (such as Game of Thrones, Doctor Who), or are addicted to Pop Vinyl's like myself.

The staff at The Good Guys in Lutwyche are very nice. Kim in particular is very kind and helpful. She helped us out when we were shopping their last time and was able to do a good deal for us. If you need home appliances, white goods and kitchenware, I'd definitely recommend heading down to The Good Guys in Lutwyche. I would note that while the store offers adaptors for any of Brisbane's numerous international visitors who don't have freaky diagonal plugs on their devices, you can get cheaper ones elsewhere.
