Evidently this is still my spot for whenever my washer/dryer is out. Throw your load in, walk next door and grab a beer, and wait for your load to come back out... I know there's a joke beckoning somewhere here. Nevertheless, never had any complaints with this place. Machines work as they should and If I'm ever down and out with laundry, this is where I'm going.

The one good thing about this location is the hours of operation that to me is great! I'm a early bird!! On the dryer situation I did not like that you had to put in a whole dollar just to start the dryer most places you can put in one quarter to just start the machine.... I feel like this place forces people to spend the money ..maybe for some people this place is cheap but honestly it is not not by a long shot especially since many people in this area do not have washer and dryers at home. There are a total of 15 washers and 32 dryers available, along with 8 medium-sized folding tables and three seating areas for customers. To be honest, I do not like the parking situation at all. It is on an incline, so you need to be cautious when parking. In terms of pricing, I can justify the cost since this place has large machines that are not single-loaders, but I wouldn't recommend it for weekly use, especially if you have a large family to wash for. I dislike washing, but I appreciated that this location was clean, even with other people using the facility while I was there.

The receipt you get after paying simply states DRY CLEANING $XXX.XX and Laundry $XXX.XX. they do what they want not what customer is requesting.. then the tell it says on the receipt "Press Only" the receipt attached to the merchandize. If indeed they only pressed my clothes, they charged you for other services according to the receipts given after paying the non English speaking Manager on duty. VERY bad service

What a pos! I'm 5'…read moretall and the washers are on pedestals so nearly couldn't reach the bottom to get socks etc out. $2 to wash a load then one washer wouldn't start. Went to the cashier who informed me nothing she could do about it. Dug the clothes out and moved them to another machine but could not get the soap pods from the bottom so now it's $4 to wash the load plus the soap pods. Going to finish this round of clothes but I won't come back. Besides they have no where to sit while you wait or go sit in your vehicle - which is what I did. If I could have given them negative 5 stars I would have! Avoid this neighborhood laundry!
