I made my appointment, and it was by far the best decision I have made. My facial was with Katie, a beautiful young professional who is a charismatic and very knowledgeable aesthetician. She asked questions no one else had ever asked me about my skin. She wasn't concerned about the clock, she took her time focusing on every problem area. She helped me understand my skin and its needs, the science behind skincare, and tips for getting the most out of my facial. She was not pushy about selling the products. She wrote a skin care routine that would help achieve the skin of my dreams. It was the first time I was the one asking for products.
