She also takes her time and isn't watching the clock like a lot of these other cookie cutter therapists, so when you pay for 60 or 90 minutes, you get the full 60/90 minutes. It is rare to find a therapist that is not only well versed in multiple styles of massage, but is also an expert in finding the right balance and style that works the best for your comfort and well-being. Then, two appointments showed up on my schedule that I never personally scheduled or agreed to -- and when I didn't show up, I was charged two $50 "no-show" fees. Just to be clear, this had happened previously with an appointment I missed legitimately, and I had no issue paying the fee. When I questioned it, the explanation was basically: once they put something on the schedule, it's considered confirmed unless you cancel, and reminder texts count as confirmation. I asked for proof that I actually scheduled those visits, but what I got back were policy copies and reminder screenshots with nothing showing that I ever agreed to those dates. They refused to waive the fees. So my takeaway for future patients: watch your schedule closely and get clear confirmation of what you've actually agreed to, because Brostrom WILL do whatever they can to extort you for those fees. And if you have a problem with it, they will let you know by sending you to collections over the no-show fee.

My regular doctor suggested it since what their western medicine could not help. I hadn't had any energy work in 3 years. Angela was very patient and understanding. We talked about what I needed and why. She was understanding of my late soulmate who stays close and is very protective. She asked EBS'S permission to work. She could even heard him. The session lasted 55 minutes. I came back a couple weeks later for a deep message therapy for the lower back and legs. This helped my legs more than anything else has. Afterwards she told me to rest and drink lots of water. I plan to come back again for the deep message therapy for the legs. He did a manual assessment on me before I spent approx. 15 mins in a dark room in a massage chair. (amazing!) He then did a hydraulic adjustment on me followed by a manual adjustment. I felt taller and more balanced than when I went in there. Of course Rome wasn't built in a day and I will need a couple adjustments a week for a few weeks which I am looking forward to.
