I love how quite it is. Very relaxing and calming. I usually get the foot detox and foot message and it's a nice self care treat. The staff have always been friendly although the language barrier can sometimes be difficult to ask questions and request various services and ensure you know the price your going to pay ahead of time. My husband booked this place for my mother and I for Mother's Day. As we arrived, they were asking us who was going to leave the tip before we were even serviced. My husband had paid and basically all I needed to do was sign the receipt. The conversation of who was going to tip was inappropriate and unprofessional. Moving forward, they gave me a massage literally right in front of the door. I don't know how they expect anyone to relax this way. The masseuse was answering the phone, talking to fellow co-workers, and talking to those that were walking in. At one point a man walked in and was walking around about an appointment with his wife. And I could hear everything. They massaged me fully clothed. And once I was finished and sat up it was a lady sitting on the other side watching. I'm assuming she was a customer waiting her turn. This place was not relaxing, comfortable, or anything you would expect to gain from getting a massage. I hate that this is how I spent Mother's Day. But more importantly, it was not worth the money my husband spent for myself and my mother. To add, they wanted a tip before the service. The service didn't deserve a tip at all. Massage was great but lacked personal service, no conversation so recommend bringing a friend. Masseuse yawned several times while massaging. An old magazine kept me entertained. I've been going to Relax Massage, every 2 weeks, pretty much since they've opened. Its super close to my job and usually has availability. They also accept appointments. Never a bad experience. The pricing is responsible and priced perfectly for the demographic. My only complaint is the foot massage chairs proximity to the front door and telephone, can get quite noisy. I went to this place on 7/20 for an hour long foot massage. The male massage therapist was very eager. He set me up with a foot soak and started preparing me for the massage. A few minutes later another lady came in and inquired about a massage. He demonstrated his skills on her and she decided to get a body massage. He came back and spoke to the other ladies in another language. I could tell that he wanted to assist the new customer. So he told me, 30 minutes only for $20. I said no I wanted an hour massage. He acted like I didn't state a hour massage earlier. I there first and he had started working on my feet. I indicated that since you want to help her, I'm leaving. He asked me if I could come back! This was my first visit & I opted for 60 minute foot massage. To be honest I was a little skeptical on the service but I'm please to report that I was satisfied. Absolutely the worst place ever !! I scheduled a hour massage. At arrival I was practically begged to do a 90 min or two hour. Begged multiple times. I told them no. I fell asleep to be woke up after 90 mins and was begged again to go two hours. I got up and told her no! I said 1 hour. She charged me for 90 mins and asked me for a tip ?? Really! When I selected 0 for a tip she looked at me in anger ? Really ! I asked to be put in contact with the owner and she said no he's in China. No contact. Really ? In today's world no contact?? I called back hoping to get the owner and was asked multiple times what my business was with him. I stressed multiple times that my business with the owner was not anyone else's business. A guy claiming to be the manager grabbed the phone and told me I was not going to talk to his girl that way ! ?? Take in mind I called hours before opening hours hoping to get some info or a voicemail to leave a message and someone was there ?? Male and female and he was very aggressive and rude ?? The owner needs to know what's going on in his establishment! If. If that was indeed a manager he was absolutely rude. I will never. Was able to walk in and be servicedl for a full body right away. The space and decor was nice and relaxing. There was no introduction from my therapist besides offering services and pricing ..My massage room was cold no heat on in the building.. The therapist had on a coat..I assumed she had just came from outdoors.. The thearapist started to bring in space heaters after I informed her it was cold... I began to undress when I notice there was no blanket or top sheet . Because there was no sheet and blanket I assumed this was a clothes massage. The therapist explained that she would use towels to cover my body . The massage was rushed and abrupt in my opinion. The therapist stop the session several times to greet walk-ins and to conversate with her co worker. She left the room at least 4 time during our hour session . After my massage we moved to the foot massage area where the therapist spent the entire 20 min talking to her co worker in there foreign languange. Not sure if this is the culture of massage in Georgia but I will not be returning to Relax Massage again.. read more

Relax massage is wonderful. I had severe neck and shoulder pain so received 1 1/2 hour massage. Even during the massage, I had burning pain that made massage itself painful and I was doubtful whether massage would help. I do not know the name of the guy working there, but he really worked on me; he is very skillful, strong, and professional! Next morning, I woke up with no pain at all. It was like a miracle! I could not believe it. I honestly have not been a believer of massage, but my 5 times visits changed my mind. And people there are super nice, and the price is really great! I was, at Relax Massage yesterday for an hour massage. I normally get a great massage everytime. The lady thay worked on me was horrible.. I tried to communicate to her that my shoulders were hurting, but she didn't understand. She went up and down my back and butt for the first 15 minutes. I thought she would eventually get to my shoulders, but she continued to rub up and down my back. I told her to just do 30 minutes on the massage , and I would get a 30 minute foot massage because it was soooooo bad. By the time the 30 minutes were up, I didn't even allow her to use the stones, or wipe the oil off of me. I was so pissed, I didn't even get the foot massage. I just paid her 30.00 for nothin and left. I went across the street to Oasis to get some relief on my shoulders , and they were closing, due to the holiday. That made me even more upset, because I needed my shoulders worked on. The manager called and left a message the next day for me to call him. I tried calling back , and a lady answered that didn't understand a word I was saying and hung up on me 3 times. I will never ever go back to Relax Massage. I really think the people were replacements for the regular employees. It was awful. I am always happy when I leave there, but yesterday was not. I will just go across the street to Oasis from now on. Oh yea. When the lady kept hanging up, because she couldn't understand me, I told her that I would just write a review, and she just kind of said Okaaay thank you. Signed up for a couples massage. The piece that holds your head on the end of the table was broke so I basically had to keep my neck up for 90 min. The masseuse acknowledged it and tried to fix a few times but never recommend moving us. I did not want to complain as not to stress my wife out. The birds and ambient sounds were relaxing if you could get past the loud clicking of the clock. TICK TOC TICK TOC...I mean really, could you not just place a digital clock in there? Pretty sure it was 4:40 when the two masseuses came out to get us and my phone said 5:51 when I got of the table which was about 2-3 minutes after I finished talking to my wife next to me so basically we got a 70 min massage for 90 price. Reached out to them first thing Monday morning (massage was sat night) with no response so time to let others know. Would never go back. I will say the massage itself was 7-8 out of 10 through but to me a good massage as just as much to do with the surroundings as the massage itself. So if you are looking for the complete relaxing massage, I'd look elsewhere. read more
