Never again. Half an hour only gets you an upper body massage. No arms or legs. It took them an entire half hour just to get the foot detox machine to work, multiple attempts faile. The detox area is right next to reception so you get to listen to the receptionist on the phone the whole time. All the fabrics that go near your face smell like BO odor. First, let me say that I have been to the establishment in the past without any . However, My spouse and I walked in to get a chair massages around 6:15 PM on a Friday evening and and the woman upfront immediately responded that she was unable to take us this evening for a walk-in. That will be understandable, but she noticeably did not offer any alternatives or options about available times for this evening or for tomorrow. This was despite the fact that they don't close until 9:30 PM! So to test my theory of being dismissed... I waited about 10 minutes and called in using a different "tone" of voice aka. Code switch and was offered the option to come in at 8 PM. I confirmed for two people for a chair massage. Smh ... I hate to believe that there are boases of this nature partially because the couple right before us were of a similar racial background (by appearance). However, we were not as dressed up as the first couple. instead we were in jeans and sweatshirts appropriate for the cold evening. I can only conclude that there may be bias about income or ability to tip or something of that nature. I'm not sure but I work in a hospital setting and a certain degree of comfort today on a Friday is warranted and I really needed some kinks worled out. Moving forward, I would be cautious to return to any establishment where they are discriminating against who they will serve based on the sound of their voice or how they are dressed. #Disappointed read more

This business is operating both without a license and insurance. They burned and scarred my wife durung a facial, then when asked to cover medical expenses, threatened to call police for harassment. After trying to go through attorneys and insurance we discovered that they had no license or insurance to speak of. I feel like this place used to be better. Lately I receive a lot of what I call the "lazy elbow". Basically they are just leaning on you with there forearm or elbow. In spurts it's fine, but not the majority of the massage. I like for them to dig in with the fingers. I'd try to communicate this, but most of there masseuses don't speak English. Maybe there trying to save the wear and tear on the hands. I guess, idk. But it makes for a mediocre massage. Lately I haven't been impressed. The price is reasonable, they have that going for them. I definitely recommend the foot detox, you never really understand all the toxins that are in your body until you finish the foot detox. The Yelp coupon is not accepted so please don't expect the 10% discount and the lady who did my massage asked me to pick between lavender and (I think) cocoa massage oil but did not tell me there was an extra cost of $10. The staff and managers were arguing in their native language about how they were going to handle upcoming appointments. It got so bad that I had to tell them to be quite.
