The quality of everything purchased was sturdy and you can tell it is made well. I would definitely buy more items from them. The delivery was exceptional. I had the delivery come in two different days since everything I wanted was not in-stock. The first delivery came even before my scheduled window which totally shocked me since it is usually not that case. The second delivery came within my window. Both times the delivery guys were very professional and made sure I knew which items I was receiving. When I decide to redo any other room in my apartment I will definitely be going back to CB2.

I had such a great experience from all of their staff, especially Tess who helped find the perfect mattress for me! She's so sweet and knowledgeable. I didn't feel "pressured" to buy which I really appreciated. I visited the store on 2 different occasions before I made the decision to buy, and each and every time the entire staff was so accommodating. Naturally, I'm a side sleeper with some neck/back tension and I love to sink right into the bed. I opted for Luxe Adapt Soft due to the pressure relief it could provide. The cloud technology is amazing and I'm normally a hot sleeper (who doesn't like to be too cold) so for me this mattress works perfectly! If you're one who gets hot easily, I would recommend their Tempur-breeze collection. I didn't find it necessary for me though. On another note- after reading many mattress review about "breaking in" the mattress, to my surprise the break in is going much faster than I anticipated! I did read a few different blogs about this and will say that you do need to "crawl" and move around a lot to activate the softness. Already loving it 1 week in though, and I can't wait for it to get softer over time like the showroom mattresses. My mattress came very quickly, within about 2.5 weeks . The delivery guys were quick and very professional. They handled everything with care. Very pleased with the service I've received and would recommend this store/brand to anyone! By the way, the pillows are AMAZING as well :) Love them.

This location is much less busy than the Kendall location (closest to me) which is nice shopping around without the crowds. I went straight to the bathroom tile section and initially couldn't find the tile I was looking for. After asking, I found out that specific tile I liked in the Kendall location was on markdown in the Miami Gardens store. That turned out to be a win for me, I was able to buy the tile for half the price compared to the Kendall store. It's good to know that depending on the Floor & Decor locations, some styles may be discontinued or on markdown since market demands are different. Definitely worth checking different locations if you're shopping for remodeling. The representative helped us out tremendously. We were in and out within 30 minutes.

We purchased flooring for the entire house and a bathroom remodel. Very genuine person. She offered many options. If I found a lower price alternative she did try to steer me, we discussed pros/cons. I have other projects besides my personal home, and I feel comfortable in calling her and transacting via phone if necessary. The second person that was amazing was Jessica. We had trouble getting our credit card approval because of security freeze but she was able to help me through it. She offered alternatives ie 6 months, 18 months or a few years. All based on individual needs. I expect for an investment property the longer period may make sense. Jessica's understanding of the business aspect was excellent. Yasmin sold me on her services Jessica sold me on the store. I hope Floor and Decor recognizes such excellent employees.

Will bring in my wife on my next trip here for another set of eyes and comfort rating to make a final decision. This location does not supply patio furniture although some of their other Havertys stores have in stock limited items. Local delivery is available and starts at $99.00. Basically, this store was similar to a City Furniture store but way more visually appealing merchandise including a Design Service Center to further assist with decorating your dream house.
