I have been going here for several months now, about once per month. I've received mainly from…read moreShaila. Her work and quality of care keeps improving every appointment. Room aesthetic is very nice from the Persian style carpet to the plants surrounding the room. Table is nice and comfy and sheets consistently smell nice. I've also seen Tammy for a session and that was also a quality care. She clearly has gained a sort of mastery in her skills. She has trained under Eric Dalton, who is one of the leading massage therapists in the world. After our session, my eyes were red and I felt high (when I was completely sober). The office in general has improved in the short time I've been there with new pieces of art that are nice to look at while waiting for the session or doing payment in the end. Recommend giving Body Bliss a try, you'll be in good hands.

Recently, I had meniscus surgery on my knee and was having trouble walking. My quad was so tight and stiff, and I had to walk with a cane just to help support my body weight. We upped my treatment to every week and in just two sessions my quad let go and I was able to walk without my cane. I don't know what I would do without Linsey and her amazing massage work. All that being said, I usually only see Linsey... but there are time she is not available. That's when I see Tammy! She is equally talented and gives a quality message. Although their approach may be different, I would recommend Linsey or Tammy for all your massage needs. You won't be sorry!

Let me start by saying I am one of those people that "hates" massages because I don't like being…read moretouched (no really though, like stranger hugs make me SO uncomfortable,) and I have struggled in my life with massages. They're either incredibly painful or useless. I had a therapist in FL who I saw regularly during pregnancy and he was amazing and I built a GREAT repoire with. Then I moved here and found a woman who I again felt did a good job, etc and never hurt me, then she started ranting about her life and problems everytime I went so THAT was very stressful and I left feeling crap. I recently started working with Aaron Woods at Grind Time Fitness and the training is INTENSE and hard. That said, I had SO many knots in my shoulders and neck. Tuesday night I got maybe 2.5 hours sleep. And I kept waking up because I was in pain. That was not okay. He had told me, since last week...to go get a massage. I caved. And I knew that this was a reputable place and it was nearby, and most importantly, there was availability. I never ever have any expectations of a massage because I don't really care for them. But I honestly have to say this was probably THE best massage of my life. It was uncomfortable at times because I was super knotted up, but never painful. And I know to breathe, just lik during tattoos, so I was fine. But I felt SO much better. But more importantly I SLEPT. Ameen told me to sleep on my back with a pillow under my legs as much as possible for the next week to let everything settle. Which is difficult because I'm a side sleeper. But I followed orders and slept SO hard. I felt SO much better today it was unreal. I cannot recommend highly enough. Which sucks in a way because that (BETTER) mean he will have a lot more business!! Thank you SO much Ameen!!!

I've had two excellent deep tissue massages with Ameen. He is highly professional, attentive to…read moreyour concerns, and collaborates with you to create a personalized treatment plan. A Hammam in Beaverton? That was my first impression when I saw the sign on the newly renovated…read morebuilding. I have been to Hammam's in Istanbul and have always wished to have the same experience here. I booked an appointment for a basic service - thinking I would test the service and the facility. What a delight! My Hammam with Elizabeth was pure delight. She was calm and efficient, well-trained, and delivered a great scrub. The experience was close enough to those in Turkey that I was delighted. I felt refreshed, invigorated, and relaxed at the same time. Moonlight Spa is impeccable. The rooms are clean and new. Sauna, steam, facials, and a PodCalm (which I had never tried before) are all available. I had such a positive experience that I joined a monthly special. The monthly fee may seem high, but not when you take advantage of all Moonlight has to offer--it is a highly reduced price . . . "Self-care" at its finest.

First off - this place has alot of potential - it looks nicely decorated, beautiful and clean…read moreinside and my rating is primarily due to service. I booked a massage and received a call about an hour or so before that they needed to push my massage back because of the person before me being late. I said no problem, I prefer later, let's go with it. They then called me back and said they moved it back up to 3pm.. at this point they should have left it. It's unprofessional to go back and forth and be calling me 3 times during my work day for another client who is late. The massage room itself was small, but nice, but definitely needs a place for people to put their clothes and phone/stuff. The massage therapist said I could put my stuff on his chair but that felt odd. The message itself was... Jerky and while we had 90 minutes, it was really fast strokes and made it not relaxing at all. He never worked on my neck and shoulders while I was face up which is odd since I mentioned they were an area of focus I wanted. They also don't do the hot wet towels on your back to wipe off excess oil. I was not impressed when I left with so much oil on my feet I was sliding around and my car seat had residual massage oil when I got out. The man who gave me a massage awkwardly ended it by saying, "okay, that's it". And walking out. No, I'll meet you outside or we'll have tea for you... completely abrupt and odd. I walked out after dressing and the front desk lady was nice enough but said she didn't know I wa done and was going to go get me water and snacks. The massage is timed, so she should know when it's done... but it was a nice gesture and it's a good touch if executed better. Unfortunately I felt so uncomfortable at this point I paid and left. Can't say I'll be back unless the service gets better
