I've been coming here for years and they've grown their business. They're really good at deep tissue so you can assure to get those knots out! If You pay cash you can get a punch card and earn a free massage once you fill it up! Since they've grown they're usually Pretty booked up on the weekends so plan ahead and book in advance if you're going on a Saturday or Sunday. I went on a weekday and they had availability. Heads up readers this maybe a longer review. Came by for a Valentines days gift from my wife. Ambiance was pleasant, facility was very clean from an overall perspective and the treatment was AMAZING. I had an hour long Chinese message with cupping. I usually made 2-4 trips a year before parenthood and this visit is my first after a whole year of not (makes for a more honest and detailed review). Ms. Tina was my therapist and I highly recommend. The caliber of treatment is up to par with establishments charging 3 times higher in rates. I have trouble with my hip, knees and both shoulders, after my session I felt pounds lighter (muscular tenderness was almost completely absent). Her technique/experience speak for itself and I can only support with my testimony. Booked massage last minute, the usual place I go to had no availability. After calling my second and third choice, I stumbled upon Relaxation Oasis online. Called them and to my surprise they could get me in short notice. I usually go to the WELL Spa, my expectations are high and they ALWAYS meet them. The Relaxation Oasis did the job of releasing the tension in my back and shoulders via a deep tissue massage. Note a deep tissue massage is not for everyone, you will feel discomfort a day or two post, stay hydrated and it will subside. I prefer a deep tissue as it has a lasting effect that I need and appreciate. However the atmosphere is not for me. It felt clinical and cold there. It's located in a building with a bank. I checked in upstairs and was taken to the lower level for my massage. It was in a room with a cold floor, no slippers provided. I'd also add the floor did not feel clean to my bare feet as I walked to get on the table. The massage itself as I mentioned did the job. However if you seeking a spa experience this location lacks on that. There is a relaxation space post massage that has snacks and water. It felt "cold" to me too. The lighting and the look did match the image I saw online. The atmosphere and spa feeling does not exist. If that's not important to you, this may be the location for you. read more

Helen was my masseuse; she was awesome and very skilled. She could feel my trouble areas and spent ample time targeting those muscles without any guidance from me. 5 stars for Helen! I got the CBD oil with my massage because they say it helps with certain pains. I am straight edge...if you know, you know... so I opted out of the oral CBD and stuck to the topical oil. Let me tell you, I don't know if it's because I have virgin blood to drugs or if it was the massage, or a combination of the two, but I had to legit take a nap in my car. I was hella lethargic and just wanted to sleep. Next time, I'll take a Lyft to and from the appointment if I'm adding CBD oil. My biggest and only complaint was that the room was way too cold. I spent 75 minutes basically freezing so it was impossible to relax. I did not ask if they could raise the temperature (I guess I wanted her to respond to my shivering); I just suffered in silence. This was unfortunately the opposite of a relaxing massage. For starters, the waiting room was tiny, not serene and that first gave me yellow flags but I was trying to be optimistic. The massage room was basically an old shower room... You can literally see the shower spicket in the pictures. I honestly felt weird being barefoot as the floor was painted concrete and there was something sticking out of the drain that you can see in one of the photos. For sanitation purposes they put these thin cloth drapes on top of the massage table, which was fine but the head piece had a really strong sanitizer scent which was a bit intense for having to have your face there a majority of the massage. Also, if you're getting a 60min massage or less, you will be face down the whole time. If you're doing more than an hour they say to wear a face mask when face up but my masseuse didn't make me put one on. You also get a free aromatherapy and I chose lavender but I didn't smell it a single time during my massage. The massage itself was disappointing. I don't even know my masseuse's name, she never introduced herself. She also wasn't the one that walked me back to the room to go over things, it was one of the receptionist's. My masseuse just entered and started the massage. They use a towel as a drape, not a sheet. I've had professional massages done before and I'm used to in the beginning for a couple minutes they'll massage over the sheet, just to get you warmed up. But this lady was massaging over the towel for a good 20-30minutes to where it made me think this was how the entire massage was going to go. And since it was just a towel covering you, when she would put pressure on one side of my body, the towel would ride up on the other side exposing me. I'm also a petite person and that towel made me feel uncomfortable. She also didn't politely put the towel back either, she would just throw it back over my body, which did not help the relaxing atmosphere at all. When she did get to the oil/lotion she just poured it on my back so I was soaked in it and she just rubbed it around. She even through the bottle between my legs when she was done. I felt gross because of how much oil was just sitting on top of me and it was hot at first too which she didn't warn me about. When she actually hit my knots it felt alright but I asked for medium pressure and her pressure was uneven the whole time. I think there was a language barrier as well. She would do hard pressure and then just get lighter and lighter to where she was barely putting any pressure on me. It was like she dozed off in the middle. She also pinched me accidentally!! How does a masseuse even do that?! She apologized and rubbed the area, but at that point I was done. She also would move my extremities as if they weren't attached to my body, throwing them around and just roughly moving them into positions. When she was doing my arms, she put me in a weird position to stretch my arm and back at the same time that it lifted my chest off the table exposing me completely which I didn't prefer. I'm not sure because we were both women she thought it was okay, but definitely showed a lack of professionalism. She used a lot of her forearm rather than her hands, which is fine just not the technique I prefer. I was honestly nervous for her to do my legs, which I didn't say I wanted her to do actually. Again, I think because of the language barrier she didn't understand but I told her to do just my back, neck, shoulders, and feet. However, when she went to do my legs I felt completely exposed, which again, was uncomfortable. Overall, will not go back again. This place is highly overrated for the service they provide. read more

This by far is the best massage I have had. They customize the massage to your likes. They worked so hard and were able to get out all the knots in my neck and back. I have had my fair share of massages but never left feeling so relaxed and with no muscle aches. I had a Swedish massage where as my fiancé had a combination between Swedish and deep muscle. He was completely impressed also as usually anywhere else has said hard but it never has been for him, they also were able to crack his back in the stretching part which he has never been able to get others to do. I was on a search for same day couples massages since I messed up my neck the night prior sleeping and we came across this place. It's hard to find couples massages especially with covid happening, and I was so excited this place offered it! The place was clean and the masseuses had masks and face shields to protect you and themselves while massaging. You have to wear your mask during your whole massage, which I didn't mind and understood why (it's our new "norm" right?). We had Mimi and Faye. Both were great! I loved the form we first got, it was dry erase and allowed me to pick and choose which area I needed more focus on. They give you free add ons: hot stones, aromatherapy, cupping, and gua sha. This is what sold me right away! They are awesome benefits to add onto your massage experience and they're free! I tried their hot stones, highly recommend this! This was my boyfriend's first ever massage in his entire adulthood. My boyfriend was a Marine and used to work at the Sheriffs Office as a firearm instructor and now he's a firefighter. His workload are more strenuous than mine and he also deserves it. Since it's been many years that he had back discomfort. So I thought why not give him a little bit of pampering. He had never done this experience with his previous relationships and so I decided to make a change. I'll make sure he's taken cared of and give him the experiences he haven't had before like this. I had a 60 minute massage with Coco and I will return again. The only thing I didn't like was you had to wear your face mask the whole time, but I was face down so I pulled it down. At first, I thought the whole massage would be with the towel on me since it was like that for a few minutes. I was getting disappointed until Coco finally did get warm oil on my actual body. She used complimentary hot stones and stretching techniques which I really appreciated. The temperature in the room was warm and comfortable (I HATE when it's cold) and I felt really relaxed the whole time. I love that she didn't talk because I like to zone out during my massages. Second massage a few weeks ago. Not good. Too hard. Lady didn't speak English and didn't understand. Communication barrier. I was all bruised and battered the rest of the day with very greasy hair. Hot stones are VERY HOT! This therapist also climbed onto the table using arms and elbows. That's not a relaxation massage. She also puts lotion on her arm to apply? Is that sanitary to do? Overall, the therapists should understand what the client wants and not press so hard if someone is grimacing. Great massage. Tanya was awesome. Worked out the knots. Essential oil choices were good. Hot towels and heat packs are great. Room a tad chilly and next door I could hear someone speaking very loudly on a speakerphone with someone in a foreign language. This was very distracting. The most interesting spa experience I have had... there was definitely a language barrier between my masseuse and I, as she only said hello coming in and then "ok done" before promptly walking out of the room. She used really hard pressure, which I needed to get the knots out of my back, but was hoping for a more relaxing massage and she never asked me what kind of pressure I wanted or if it was okay, so someone who would want a lighter pressure would not be comfortable. I was even cringing for half of the massage hoping she would go easier. She also was not very professional in terms of the towel, as I was exposed multiple times without warning, again with no communication, and she just lifted the towel up a few times to adjust it leaving me exposed on the table, which I was uncomfortable with. There should have been voice cues like "I am going to bring the towel down your back", etc (which is what all my masseuses have done in the past) so I could expect that I would be without one. The whole massage felt hurried like she was trying to get it over with, and at the end just lifted my legs up on the table and dropped them a few times as an end to the massage, which I have never experienced before. Definitely not a relaxing experience. I also went online to try to find my therapist on their site and could not... the one girl it possibly could have been is listed as being "fluent in English", and that is the farthest thing from the truth, which makes me feel extremely uncomfortable and wonder if my therapist was licensed. Overall the front desk workers were lovely, the facilities were clean, and it was a good price, but my specific masseuse ruined the experience. I left being very confused and laughing kind of in shock about how my massage went... Me and my husband had a great experience in 2021 when we first came to visit. This time around was awful.. we purchased the couples massage for $140 and it was such a bad experience. The room was homely as well verses the last visits room.To the point that the lady giving me the massage was sick sniffing and actually blew her nose! Without washing her hands she did my massage very hard pressure and it hurt even after telling her it was painful. She did not focus on the pressure points rather proceeded to push me aggressively on the table and punch my feet. I give it zero stars. I get massages frequently and this was by far the worst. After my massage the desk lady did not care to even ask why my massage was not good. Do not recommend this place at all. I've shared around with friends and family to help keep them away. They only have female massage therapists who are mostly Asian. This sometimes leads to difficult communication during your massage if their English isn't that strong. However, they provide a great massage at a very reasonable price and you circle on a preference sheet where you'd like them to focus on prior to entering the service. In the past two weeks I already been back twice for table massages with hot stones. The first time I was basically a walk-in and was very happy they could accommodate me. I been suddenly struggling with anxiety attacks in addition with daily stress. This has cause me to really tighten up in my neck and shoulders. My fiance and I have been getting couples massages for about a year, every other month or so, and have loved it! We have had appointments with several different therapists and have never been disappointed. My mom used to be my massage therapist before she moved away so I am a tough critic. She specialized in deep tissue and I had never found anyone that could compare to her until I started coming here. The therapists here know how to truly get down to the deep tissue and help you find relief. The best part is with out crazy schedules, we usually end up scheduling last minute and they have always been able to accommodate. Adding the float before the massage was also fantastic. We were raving about them again to some family members over thanksgiving and it turns out it is the same place that my uncle has been raving about to everyone too! Affordable, authentic Asian massages. No mercy; they'll stretch, knead, chop, walk on and massage your whole body. We wanted 90 minute massages the last time but there was a language barrier and they only ended up massaging for 60 minutes. They apologized and said they'd finish up the time we requested if we went back into the room. But we didn't mind because they are the most amazing massages EVER! They said they'd be moving into the basement level of the building in '18 to offer a more quiet atmosphere, individual heat controlled rooms and expanding to offering sensory deprivation tanks.
