The atmosphere from the moment you walk in the doors is relaxing and starts to put you in the mindframe to relax. I was there for a massage and tension relief. I felt much better afterwards and even better the following day! I recommend coming here for a 60 minute massage if you need a reset for your body. read more

I've been going to Massage Envy since 2011. I absolutely love the membership that they offer. Over the years I have frequented three different Massage Envy's in the area and currently go to Brookfield. Angela is absolutely fantastic! I look forward every month to my massage. The staff is always incredibly friendly. They have a nice quiet room you can sit and relax before your massage have a cup of hot cocoa or tea and even sit in the massage chair if you'd like. I find the prices to be very reasonable when you are a member. And if you can't fit a massage in your schedule one month they just keep adding up. You will never lose a massage. I would definitely recommend getting a membership to Massage Envy. They offer so many great services and have excellent massage therapists to choose from. And the flexibility that you can go to different spas I'm the area is awesome. So no matter what you can always fit an appointment in to your schedule. Definitely give them a try. read more

I received a text in the early am confirming my appointment. Got a second one I thought was confirming it again so wrote okay. I guess the massage therapist didn't find out until 12:30 pm shr got sick. I arrived after getting off work early and paying a baby sitter and they told me my appointment was canceled. I am pregnant so needed a special therapist and they offered me a facial. I am pregnant facials are not good when your skin is sensitive pregnant. Also I would have to wait until March unless I wanted a new girl with no experience on pregnant women. Than apologized because they forgot I was pregnant. My schedule is very tight and hard to work around. Very disappointed I wasn't offered even a discount or anything. Won't reschedule to go there. read more

I was a member for over 6 years. Each month they bill for a 1 hour massage. If you can't make it in every month, the massage hours accumulate. Some months I was out of town or otherwise unable to utilize the monthly massages. When you build up enough massage credits, they have you "on the hook" so to speak. If you quit, you lose the massages you paid for and didn't yet use. They never provide any sort of monthly statement showing how many massages had built up in my account, nor any sort of summary of charges. In this age of the internet that should be easy to do and I think is a reasonable expectation. That is, unless they don't want you to know! This appears to be a corporate decision since the local franchise staff told me they all use the same corporate software system. They do have a $10/month freeze fee program where no more new massages are added, but it was always still a hassle to determine the remaining balance I was still entitled to. After charging me $10/month during COVID, when I called in August to inquire about number of massages I was still eligible for, they said I had none left. I'm not sure that was really accurate, but at this point it was time to cut my losses! I do have to say that most of the massage team were great and that it's the business model that I take issue with. I decided to quit Massage Envy at that point and am glad I'm out. Unless you're always in town and can use your massages on a current basis every month, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Massage Envy. read more

I love this location. All of the massage therapists are excellent, and the atmosphere is tranquil and relaxing. The Quiet Room is amazing to relax in before and after your massage. There's tea, water, some candy (let's be real: we all have a sweet tooth), and tons of magazines. The front desk staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They even get to know your name if you're a regular. It's great. The minute I walk in, they say "You're all checked in! Enjoy your massage." So no waiting time. Oh, and FYI: get a membership. It's worth it, and you end up saving money if you get regular massages. read more

I am a member at M.E. in Brookfield and I signed up almost a year ago... The staff is really friendly and when you walk into the door, you instantly feel welcomed and relaxed! The first three massages were good, but they put a little bit too much pressure on my back (I'm really small and petite weighing about 100lbs... ) ANYWAYS... it took about three therapists before I found the perfect therapist... Shari K! She is really sweet and kind and always makes sure about the pressure to make sure that I am getting the best massage! I've had plenty of spa experiences in my life, but I've never had a myofascial release massage before.... And let me tell you it was great! My therapist Tony did a great job! It felt as if my muscles turned into butter. Then next day I was pain free! Adam is hands down one of the best massage therapists I've had. He addressed problem areas, yet made the massage relaxing at the same time.

I'm usually not a fan of "chain" establishments. However, I am impressed with this location and have referred several people here. The front desk staff is professional, friendly, and helpful. All the therapists I have seen are excellent, but I've been with Alex for a few years now and I'm hooked. The facility is clean, inviting, and I appreciate the separate Fireplace Room/Quiet Room to hang out in either before or after the massage. I received a gift certificate initally, and when that was gone, I signed up for the membership. Ask for details about this great program. It ensures you get a monthly massage and there is some cost savings benefit also. read more

I called this place at three random times in one day during business hours to set up an appointment and got an answering machine each time. I highly doubt they were on the phone because it rang approx six times before the machine came on. I wasn't going to write a review about this originally as I considered it a fluke but this has happened on multiple occasions now at this location over the last three months. Not a good business practice for a place that relies in part on these calls and has competition on just about every street in the area. Lucky for me I was able to schedule an appt elsewhere because they had someone picking up the phone. I don't foresee myself returning to this location, apparently other franchisees would like my business more. read more

I reiterated my experience and forwarded it to the email/link provided and although the notification states you can expect to receive a response within 48hrs, I have still not received a response weeks later. I'm sorry to report that the Massage Envy located on Bluemound Rd has once again failed miserably in their customer service response. Incident included being charged $57 for a massage on both my debit card AND my credit card. I tipped $20 which was charged once on my debit card and AGAIN as $11 off of a gift card and ANOTHER $9 on my debit. All in all, I paid $154 for ONE VISIT and was told "they see a void on their end". I have been a ME member for over 5 years at another location on Capitol Dr in Brookfield and highly recommend staying away from this terrible place on Bluemound. They have been nothing but awful during my ordeal and have done nothing to rectify this. During a previous visit, a therapist found out my place of employment from my chart and actually called my work # to find out if I could get her husband a position. Now after both of these incidents, I will never return to this location and hope you all give your business to the great owner on Capitol Dr in Brookfield, WI instead. read more

Obviously Massage Envy management saw my review, but clearly failed to read it. Their comment back only makes them look worse and proves my point about the Brookfield management. I never had a problem scheduling an appointment. My issue was 3 cancellations in a 6 month period. And now, after a Yelp review, they want to make it right? How come, after the 3rd cancellation, when I was most upset and specifically asked what you were going to do to make it right, I was told "NOTHING, there is nothing we can do". It took a Yelp review to try and make things right? Doubtful. I'm sure those were just words. Avoid this place! read more
