Thought it was getting better and went to yoga on Saturday, and nope - aggravated them so badly in one hour that I couldn't sleep well that night from the stiffness in my neck. Reserved a 90 min massage yesterday (Sunday) with Ben. Hubby also got an hour reflexology (foot massage) and a 30 min body massage, his fav combo, from Lucy. I got into the room and felt it was a little warm, but it turned out to be the perfect temperature by the end of the massage. I told Ben my traps and neck hurt, and he somehow worked out every little knot that I didn't even know I had. I've known for years that he's amazing, but he astounded me this time around. I slept so well last night, and woke up this morning with my neck and shoulder/arm back to 95%. Unbelievable how healing just 90 mins can be. So yes, go, be healed. Honestly, I'll probably go again this wknd or next. PS. Highly recommend side questing afterwards to the two Vietnamese restaurants on the same strip. - Blossom next door has delicious bbq pork banh mi for $6 and boba milk tea for $6 also. Ask for less ice and half sugar. - Saito three doors to the right has the most authentic pho and bun bo hue I've had, plus bun, ban xeo, and other Vietnamese dishes (also has banh mi for $6 as well).

While my tired tootsies were soaking in a lovely warm bath was treated to a head/neck combo massage, that was also sorely needed, that had me so relaxed I almost fell asleep. Then came 45 minutes of what can only be described as pure heaven. He made sure to work areas that he felt "extra" blockage in and worked it out. I actually did nod out during this portion darn it! If your dogs are barking, your tootsies are tuckered out or your feet are fed up I 100 percent recommend KK foot massage you won't regret it.

I received the worst massage in my life at this place. I had somewhat of a tension headache for a…read morecouple of days and thought a massage would be helpful. My mistake was coming to W&Z. I tried calling twice and I never got an answer so I just drove over. The inside is dark & hotter than hell. A lady came out of a room to greet me. She tried explaining something, but she didn't speak English. Another younger lady appeared & told me to come back in 10 minutes. I went to the convenience store to grab a drink & returned. The first lady, the one who didn't speak English, pointed to the pricing menu & I requested a 90 minute combo session. I was told to pay before & I did. I was taken to a small room & given no instructions. I finally understood that I was to remove my clothes & get under a towel. I've had previous surgeries on my lower back & don't like for anyone to touch that area, so I kept my pants on. The lady kept trying to pull them down & I kept trying to explain that I didn't want that area massaged. She started with the lightest touch, the amount of pressure you'd use when applying sunscreen. After a few minutes I asked for firmer pressure. I had just showered and styled my hair so I brought a tshirt to wrap my hair in. I kept saying I didn't want oil in my hair. Since we had no way of communicating, I might as well have asked for her to dump oil all over me. The atmosphere might have been relaxing, however I was unable to relax since her phone rang constantly and she received countless messages. Also, she stepped out of the room about 20 times. I paid for 90 minutes & she indicated she was done in 55 minutes. I received less than 45 if you count the time she spent out of the room or messing with her phone. The massage itself was horrible. She used extremely firm pressure on my neck and did it wrong. The whole thing now hurts, especially when I cough or sneeze. I'm miserable. She did more harm than good. It's been 4 days since the "massage" & I feel horrible. I will not return & wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

When she reported it, management said there was "no way he did that" and offered her free services instead, which was very disturbing. After she left, the therapist repeatedly came to her car window trying to explain and apologize. She was scared, called the police, and waited in the business next door until I arrived. No one should experience this. I strongly caution other before coming here.

I saw the option of a chair massage and was surprised. You normally don't see these at massage places it's usually at the mall. My wife and I did the 30 minute chair massage and it was pretty good. Felt no different than a regular laying down massage. The pressure wasn't too light (which I was worried about) and it wasn't too hard. They masseuse kept asking if it was ok, which I appreciate it. He even noticed my tensed areas and I can tell he added more pressure on those spots. If the chair was this good can't imagine the other options. The only downfall is alot of the massaging happens in a one big room. They do have Curtain dividers on one side of the room but the rest of the place has tables for massages and two chairs. It was kind of weird cause you can hear whispers and watches or phones chiming. Kind of kills the relaxation. Maybe having a silent phone rule would help. They might have rooms but it was too dark to tell. Also it's better paying cash as you will be charge a service fee for using your card. We didn't know that but we do now. I would come back.
