Made reservations on line for me and my friend. My friend received an email 2 days later that…read moretheir system was having issue and can't do her at the time she asked - so given my pedicure would be longer then her manicure she rescheduled for a half hour later so we'd be done at same time. Well a day after that I received the same email and they offered me 1 pm but I wasn't able to - i asked if 2:30 or 3 was available and was told 1 pm I explained how my friend and I were going to meet there and her appt was changed to 2:30 so I wanted to know if that time or 3 would be available. I called my friend to let her know that I had just received the same email she received a day earlier (which seems odd that all appts would have been called if there was an issue with their on-line scheduler) while we were chatting she received an email canceling her appt and told to reschedule with friend for another time... she hadn't even been asked - and no where did I say if I can't get an appt we would both cancel -- and I hadn't heard back from my last email I sent. We decided right then that I would cancel my appt and we'd find another salon to go to. I had a very similar event happen several years ago my friend actually called to make reservations for both of us ... we arrived on the day and time and were told when we went in for our appt that they had too many walk-ins and we'd need to reschedule!! I hadn't been back until we decided to give them another chance. Well seems nothing has changed.

Both my 14 year old daughter and I see Dr Paape and won't see anybody else. In fact she asks for him specifically and won't consider anybody else. Impeccable bedside manner, great with kids, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain not only what's causing the issue, but why it's causing an issue, and a better way to do whatever is contributing to the issue (sleep, posture, sitting etc).
