Entering the store, the lady was speaking socially to a delivery guy. Totally ignores me for 5 minutes while I'm at the counter. Eventually, I have to wave for her attention and ask if I could be served. Not even a hello and no eye contact. She just kept talking to the delivery guy. I ask to have the flowers wrapped but no paper which I was fine with and paid. I asked if she had a plastic bag as the water was dripping off the flowers and into the counter and floor. "No" was her reply. I promptly asked her for a refund and without even muttering a word, she refunded me and continued taking again to the delivery guy. Needless to say, I won't be going there again

However, it is less crowded than the previously mentioned 7-11 and considerably cleaner. It is well lit and the free YVR WiFi does work in the store. It carries the usual Vancouver and Canada souvenir hats, t-shirts, keychains and other trinkets. It also carries most common candies like M&M's and Mars and even Toblerone. However, while the souvenir prices are on par with other locations in the airport, concessions are severely overpriced. Better off to walk to Hudson News. The service is usually pretty friendly but once in a while, not so much. Overall, a nice place to take a break and browse. Hopefully, they will be a little more competitive on the prices.

They also conveniently don't allow any returns outside of this; therefore returns don't really become an issue that they have to deal with as most people are not going through that terminal within the time window that returns would be doable. Thus, they can sell junk and not have ramifications for it; their return policy does not incorporate reasonableness and the staff were unhelpful.
