Keith Flores the owner promised to bring me the money to pay for it and he still hasnt. I even gave Keith three referrals and this is the thanks I get. He also was supposed to bring the concrete receipt as required by the Town of Brookhaven. I still have not received it. Originally I planned to give Keith a great review, but not after these actions. I am really disappointed in him.
