Minutes. That's faster than it takes to get through a drive-thru when the person in front of you orders 47 items. Meanwhile, over at the big banks, you need three forms of ID, your firstborn child, and a blood sample just to ask a question. And after all that, they still charge you $35 because you blinked wrong. Never again. I use this place and shared branching, and I'm never going back to Big Bank Land where customer service goes to die. Highly recommend, will bank again.

I especially like the Van Buren location. There is always a security guard at the front door if I want to be escorted to my car. I love walking in, immediately being asked how they can help me, and rarely wait more than a few minutes for a teller or personal banker. My loan was rejected even though the plan was davids idea and I was just following instructions he gave me. 3 trips to that office following their instructions and I went home without a loan... my time lost and frustrations were Magnified exponentially as the millennial couldn't look in my direction as she told me they would not lend the funds. If you want to see a circus act or get talked down to by uneducated, immature, unprofessional and disrespectful drama queens.. then don't hesitate and give them a call... you'll be in good hands as "I'll state" in this earned negative review of theirs. My experience with Carvana has been extremely disappointing, and I would urge anyone considering…read morebuying from them to proceed with caution. I purchased a truck that was supposedly put through Carvana's "rigorous 150-point inspection." However, I quickly discovered that all four tires were completely worn out and needed immediate replacement. This is especially concerning because their inspection checklist includes multiple tire-related inspection points (items 23-25). It's difficult to understand how a vehicle with tires in this condition could have passed inspection. After driving the truck only about 50 miles--while on my way to have the tires replaced--the check engine light came on. Based on the timing, I suspect the diagnostic trouble codes may have been cleared before the vehicle was sold, allowing the light to remain off just long enough to complete the sale. To make matters worse, Carvana's Executive Resolution Team has insisted that I drive the truck approximately two hours to one of their inspection locations before they will address the issue. Given the condition of the tires and the check engine light, I do not believe the vehicle is safe to drive that distance. In my experience, Carvana has made it unnecessarily difficult to reach someone with the authority to resolve these issues. I expected the inspection process and customer support to provide peace of mind, but instead I was left with a vehicle that I believe should never have been delivered in its condition. Buyers should carefully inspect any vehicle they receive and be prepared to advocate for themselves if problems arise.
