First: I was told by the office manager that my crown could not be fixed in one visit because they would "lose money blocking three time slots other patients would be able have," since the timing was "unknown for my fix." Instead, I was told I would need two visits that could be scheduled weeks apart. That explanation felt inappropriate and not aligned with patient-centered care. On top of that, the email responses I received from the office manager, Beth, were rude, degrading, and unprofessional. This exchange was simply for requesting my dental records for my new dentist. Not the standard of professionalism I would expect in healthcare. Don't go here!!!! There are plenty other options in the area.

I am so thankful to have found her. Her bedside manners blew my mind. Her assistant is also exceptional. From the time you walk in the staff is super friendly and very welcoming. Things are explained to you in detail and if in doubt they go over it with you again. The place is super clean. I just can't say enough about Waterbury Dental.
