First: I was told by the office manager that my crown could not be fixed in one visit because they would "lose money blocking three time slots other patients would be able have," since the timing was "unknown for my fix." Instead, I was told I would need two visits that could be scheduled weeks apart. That explanation felt inappropriate and not aligned with patient-centered care. On top of that, the email responses I received from the office manager, Beth, were rude, degrading, and unprofessional. This exchange was simply for requesting my dental records for my new dentist.
