Ended up taking it to another mechanic who got it running in less than an hour. Turned out to be a cracked fitting from the primary fuel Tank. It's ok to not know how to do something, but to Charge me for the "Technicians" incompetence is not fair. And to add to this, threatened with Knives to pay. I was afraid to call authorities as I am not a Local I just wanted to get the Hell out of there!
