I broke down and had to be towed to this facility. They kept my truck for a week and never once called me to update me on their progress with diagnosing the problem. I always had to call them to find out what was going on. When I finally got my truck back they said they couldn't find anything wrong and charged me over $600 for system analysis. After leaving the shop I made it 20 miles before my same warning lights returned, I made it to Fayetteville, NC where my problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired. I had made plane reservations from Panama City Fl (my final destination on this trip) but was unable to make it there because my truck was not fixed by Excel.
