One of the windows was approximately 24 feet above the foyer, over the open entryway. Not only did Terry and his Krewe quickly locate and order custom window replacements for me, but they also ensured that they had the proper ladders for this unusual job (because of the height of the windows). Plus, it should be noted that right after a hurricane, it is VERY difficult to get anything related to hurricane repairs. Yet, Terry worked with me and made things happen efficiently. He went above and beyond my expectations and is truly exceptional. The quality of the products they use is outstanding. Additionally, Terry truly believes in the adage of measuring twice and cutting once. His measurements were spot on and when the windows came, they fit like a glove. Each time they made an appointment to come out measure everything onsite then a few weeks later after the glass is cut and fabricated they come and do the install. They do great work of the highest quality, my glass window that was replaced had a curve at the top which required very exact measurements to cut and precision skill to install. Standard was able to measure and get the replacement glass in two weeks and the new glass install took less than two hours, and was a perfect match. Total cost was actually $100 less than a local window company quoted me for a replacement window that would not have been an exact match.

Steer clear of Ecoglass. They do very poor quality work and refuse to fix their mistakes. When I called them back, I was treated rudely and the attempt to fix the leaking shower did not work. I ended up having to call another glass company in to fix the work that Ecoglass did. Seriously save yourself the headache and the expense and go elsewhere - I sure wish I had.
