During the initial estimate, Antonio listened to all of our concerns and we walked the entire house with us. He spent about an hour and a half gathering all the information he needed to give us an accurate bid that reflected everything we were looking for. We really appreciated that there was no pressure and he wasn't pushy in any way. He gave us all the information we needed and then gave us space to make a decision. Once we chose them, communication was excellent. We received daily texts about what time the crew would arrive in the morning.
