Not surprisingly, an entire sprinkler zone was not working. The owner Jake returned the phone call and immediately started yelling, and screaming like an unhinged lunatic. Instead of trying to understand what information I was asking for he started screaming and using foul language. It was a rather frightening experience on the telephone, and Jake the owner seemed to lack any control over his anger. I've read some of the glowing recommendations from other people and it makes me wonder if maybe he's normal when everything goes his way but when confronted with potential problems who knows what this explosive guy is capable of.

The first question was, is this an emergency? It wasn't. I needed to install a w/d where there had never been one. I scheduled a two hour window for the walk through/ estimate. At 1 1/2 hours I called to confirm. There had been a mix up. But they dropped what they were doing, and were there in minutes. But there were unforeseen issues which caused the entire plan to change. Mark just went with flow. With my permission he stayed till 9:00pm one night, and 11:00pm another to complete it. Then the dryer didn't work. All parts were checked and were working. I called and asked him to please rack his brain and see if we missed anything. He did. It was an issue in the breaker box. He came back and fixed it. No extra charge. And I am thrilled to have my w/d working. It was so worth it. Mark was very knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely recommend him.

We contracted for two bathrooms to be done. When the owner was not around the plumber were…read morecomplaining that they are plumbers not tile guys. They told me the companies tile guy quite so the plumbers were having to do the tile and plumbing. The owner himself was also doing the tile. Needless to say the tile work is bad. The threshold of the shower was cut backwards and installed upside down. The beveled edge for that section is on the bottom so it does not match the rest of the threshold. Tile not level poor spacing and the wall of tile bows out. Not professional workmanship at all. I would not recommend this company to do any tile work or plumbing to my enemy. Here is why I do not recommend them for plumbing either. The bathroom remodel tile shower is the most aggravating. The one show leaks under the big plastic rubber base they put down before putting in the stone in the bottom of the shower. We now cannot use the shower because when anyone showers the water runs out from under the shower and into the bedroom carpet. A train wreck of a job. Beautiful expensive tile and stone ruined by terrible craftsmanship and a bathroom that leaks bad when used. What a train wreck. I talked to the owner and he wants me to pay for all the replacement tile and stone if they to come out and demo the shower base and redo it. He also wants me to pay for the labor. This should have been done correctly the first time and I should not have to pay for more tile or the labor to fixed the disaster they created. This company does not stand by its work. Do not use this company for detailed quality bathroom remodel work. My recommendation is Just use them to unclog your drain.

We just purchased our home and our home inspection…read moreidentified a number of small plumbing issues to deal with - clogged septic line, leak in hose behind fridge, flapper valve in need of replacement. Once here, they also drained the hot water heater (to eliminate the sulphur smell). And they came back to tweak a couple things after the initial visit. We are very satisfied with their work and would recommend them to anyone.
