Dustin is very professional and very thorough, he accommodated my schedule and explained the process and access he would need prior to arriving so there were no surprises. He was very respectful of our property and took great care during the inspection to ensure everything was left as he found it and worked safely being the inspection required him to access the attic and roof. Once the inspection was completed he took the time to review any items of concern and how they would need to be addressed. He also emailed the complete reports including photos and emailed copies to our insurance carrier to ensure there were no delays or gaps in the process. We had an inspection done and then had an electrician come out a year later to set something up and he was unable to because we were told we had major major issues with our electric system. We went back to our report which had false information regarding our electric system . We called Lisa and she tried to gaslight us saying the electrician is just trying to get money out of us. So we hired someone else to come out who knew nothing about the issue and came to the same conclusion.
