I called Allen and the process was very easy for me. He gave me a list of documents he needed from me, I emailed it to him securely, and then the process began. Every time I had a question, I was able to do it via email or phone and I never had to wait long for a response. As a new(ish) homeowner I still had lots of questions about how our old escrow account would be transferred (and questions like that) and Allen and Tammy were always quick to respond and friendly.
