I called Allen and the process was very easy for me. He gave me a list of documents he needed from me, I emailed it to him securely, and then the process began. Every time I had a question, I was able to do it via email or phone and I never had to wait long for a response. As a new(ish) homeowner I still had lots of questions about how our old escrow account would be transferred (and questions like that) and Allen and Tammy were always quick to respond and friendly. When it came time to sign documents, they sent a mobile notary out to us, he had a mask, we kept distanced, and was able to accommodate my wife and I signing one at a time so that one of us would be able to keep working.
