What can I say? The team at Lendevity is superb! From our first contact, ALL of the people we interacted with were knowledgeable and friendly, but most importantly they were COMPETENT!!! Update: Update I received a call from Jennifer and we achieved better communication. There were errors made in communication which I feel have been resolved, although a bit late. Things did not happen the way I would have preferred due to lack of communication but the loan ,which is difficult, is going forward and when we close i will further update. Jennifer was aware of my YELP review and asked that I update. We are undergoing a horrible horrible experience. Calls do not get returned. They missed the deadline date for refinance which was to take money out of the house to start a business. The underwriter tried to get me to provide documents that he knew did not exist. Then he wants to combine all our bills including property taxes into the refi. They submitted false document to the government. All of this and Jerry told us we qualified for the loan 2 months ago.
