It took me a bit of effort to get a written quote, but overall David and Kharis were very easy to work with. I supplied furniture pads and a dolly, and I packed all my own boxes. I needed the movers to stretch-wrap the furniture and load the van. The movers Chansa and Danny called to let me know they would be a few minutes late for the 9am start time because of traffic, which was considerate. They loaded everything expertly in under 2 hours and even accommodated my request to keep the rear view mirror unobstructed (yes I know you use only the side mirrors to drive, but it was only my 2nd time driving a cargo van and I was antsy). The goods were packed securely through the long 6-hour drive, no damage at all. The guys were professional, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely hire them again.

My previous apartment was on the second floor with very steep outdoor staircase and the place I moved to is a corner unit with a bit of a walk from the elevator. The two guys showed up on time and at first I was nervous becuase they didn't say very much, but hey, you don't need their personalitlies to move. They worked dilegently and didn't take a lunch break (they worked 10 - 3:30) and only charged me for 4.5 hours. Their hourly rate is $100 an hour which is $50 less than what seems to be the average rate. They wrapped all my stuff that could be scratched and were super careful. I would highly recommend.

I was totally impressed with their professionalism, execution and follow through. The two movers who showed up swept my front step to keep the salt and debris from being tracked into the house. They had a carpet to protect the floors and they were extremely careful maneuvering through the house. Very professional and friendly, 6 out of 5 stars!!!
