I used reliable ponds. It was Chaos the entire time. They had 13 Koi and two passed away. She posted on a Facebook group asking what to do. Tessa came to look. We didn't know she owned a business and same night she ripped up the liner and took all the fish out and put them in city water with de-clorinator. That night 10 of the fish jumped out as they were unhappy with the new water. The remaining two died when they were sucked up in to a filter she placed in the bucket with no cap. They then choose to put diamond brite in to the jacuzzi. We did not know this was bad for fish until after the fact. They told her the price and paid it as We were very nieve to ponds. The next day they told us the price was even higher and lied to me about using 30 bags of concreat when I had on camera that they only used 6 extra. I watched Alan bring the bags in the house. She Was changed an extra $250. They left and the water was bad for months. She was told it was the plants, animals peeing, raccoons pooping and every other excuse when really it was just the diamond brite causing issues. They had to call in another pond company to come and help get it fixed and make the water safe again. Such a waste of money and energy. Icing on the cake my 6 year old was promised two new fish by Tessa, showed her videos and everything. Got her hopes up and after months of the pond not being ready the fish were no longer available. It was heartbreaking. I would stay far away from this company. Then this is the message she sent to my father. I've never had a company talk to me like this ever! Nothing was peeing in the pond and I did not add 11 plants (only 3).

I could not be happier with my small back patio remodel by Reliable Ponds!!! Tessa took an overgrown messy looking space that we hardly ever used and turned it into what my 4 year old says is a magical fairy garden. It's neat and clean and so colorful. My new happy place! Cannot wait to make lots of great memories out here. Thank you, Reliable Ponds!

They showed up to work only on the weekends, with minimal supervision from the project manager. Our contract stipulated replacement of waterline tile, as well as regrouting of the perimeter coping. They replaced the tile, replastered the pool, filled it up and forgot to re-grout the coping. After several complaints, they returned reluctantly to regrout the coping and then dropped a bunch of grout into the newly replastered and refilled pool, which took forever to clean up. The contract also specified repairing any leaking areas, and a few months later the pool started leaking again! We called and texted them for a couple of months and they kept stalling saying they were sending a leak detection expert. Finally, we hired our own expert, who detected and fixed the leak (caused by improper waterline tile installation near the skimmer opening) within a week. I contacted their project manager about reimbursement for the repair, but he refused to honor their warranty, saying it was voided because I hired my own leak detector/fixer! Stay away from this company!

Starting such a huge project as installing a pool can be troubling, given the risks of hiring a…read moreshady/undependable company to do the work and the horror stories you hear. Thankfully, Elite Pool Designs put all of our fears to rest thanks to their amazing customer service, fair prices and excellent, high quality work. We previously had a koi pond in our backyard but, as the fish died out, realized we wanted something else back there instead. We reached out to Elite Pool and Cyndi and she came over the next day to assess our yard. As we had no idea where to start, she helped guide us through the whole process, connecting us with surveyors, tree removal experts and all of the other hidden things you don't think about when you decide "I want a pool". After the work to get the yard ready was done, we went to the Elite Pool offices to pick out the tile, lining and design of the pool. Cyndi walked us through the shape and features we wanted, and provided a very reasonable quote for everything, including, automation, a heater for the pool (hey it DOES sometime get cold here!) and a screen enclosure. Construction for the pool started in October 2024 and finished in late January 2025, and our hat goes off to Robert (owner of Elite Pool) for his help with managing the entire project. Crews arrived as needed and on time, and though there were some periods between steps where not a lot of work was being done, it was never unreasonable and given the holidays, totally fair. Inspection and electrical were simple and easy and now we are ready to enjoy our pool! For anyone in our same position, looking to install a pool from scratch but not sure where to turn, Elite Pool Design should be your first call, can't recommend them highly enough!

I have pictures and them saying the panel was installed by them. Then they blamed the issue on solar panels being installed after the pool was completed. I scheduled service in April 2025, and despite multiple confirmations, no one showed up -- not once, but twice. When I followed up, they admitted they forgot to log the repair. Seriously? After weeks of delays and zero accountability, my pool turned completely green and unusable. I've spent over $300 out of pocket trying to keep it under control with chemicals -- all because they couldn't be bothered to do their job. Then, after I left a polite but honest review, their rep told me they would no longer help and that I should call the manufacturer myself, saying they had "other things to do." They blamed their technician, the equipment, and even me -- anyone but themselves. This company clearly doesn't stand behind their work or care about customers once the sale is done. Avoid at all costs.
