Picked it up and while driving back home to Austin, coolant level sensor came on. I called and they said just to put coolant, which that should've been done when changed thermostat. Informed them my air Intake had been broken by shop. Owner said they'd make it right and to send pics, which I did. It is now leaking antifreeze, which it wasn't doing before I took it in. Now, no replies to messages. Will have to spend more money to fix their error.

I called for a tow from Northeast El Paso to the Eastside and was quoted $149. The driver arrived quickly, loaded my truck onto the flatbed, and only after my vehicle was fully loaded told me there was a "price change" and that I needed to call his boss. When I called, I was told they "didn't account for mileage" and the price was now $220. After pushing back, they lowered it to $200. This is a classic bait-and-switch. If mileage wasn't accounted for, that should've been caught before dispatching a driver, not after my vehicle was already on the truck and I was effectively stuck. Quick response time, but the pricing tactics were dishonest. I wouldn't use them again and wouldn't recommend them unless you're okay with the price changing once they already have your vehicle.
